@@alexlamar676 at the end of the day, its your body your life your choice and *NOTHING I SAY CAN MAKE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND*, but I have seen enough damage that smoking does to people to know that ***_even that one a day CAN AND DOES DAMAGE PEOPLES HEALTH_* I Was foolish enough to start smoking at age of 11/12? Circa 1981/2, but packed up aged 25 in 1995, and have remained quit longer than I smoked, so I corrected the mistake, mostly due to watching 2 workmates have heart attacks within 12 months of each other, aged 45 and 58, and after I quit another workmate died of lung cancer aged just 64, not even making retirement. And with 3 of 2 aunts and 2 uncles dying from lung related conditions brought on by smoking, and another from smoking induced leukaemia, I think you can appreciate my outlook on smoking And another friend who currently smokes has copd and needs stents on her heart

also found it interesting that a health promoter is maintaining a dangerously high body fat level. Such a high body fat level might have even more negative impact on health than smoking
