Nice build dude! Noticed your motor turns easy. There is an adjustment screw to set how tight you want it. You can tighten so it stays in position hands free. Also for balance maybe add equal weight of the battery to the opposite side of boat. All the weight in center will still be tippy. 🍻

I really appreciated the candid comments on the stability of the jon boat, I owned a 1648 that I moved the seat pedestal back 2' and once you were seated, the boat was really stable, you could fish and not worry about the boat rocking at all. I just acquired a 1990 Aluma-weld jon boat, that is 18' long and 84" wide, it is going to be a quite the project, will send you some pics when I make some more progress...great video, can't wait to see the changes you have in mind

Nice John boat. Can’t wait to get out there and do some fishing. Been busy with the new job and haven’t had a lot of time to do some fishing. I’m super pumped for the Texoma trip. Ready to catch some striper.

It about time you get out on the water with the jon boat. Can't wait to see the new modes come in for the John boat and maybe if you do some more efficient less talking And see if you can catch fish with it while we catch fish off of it Anyways great work see you soon
