Not really you have to remember each girl woke up in the perfect area to thrive in. Marcy in an area where she could use her intelligence but she would do bad in wartwood since she’s bad with people. Sasha using her strength to join the toad army wouldn’t do good in wartwood because no one would like her.

The gems activate loosely depending on the situation, so I think there's some kind of fuckery between "normal strength" and "gem strength" that happens at random. For simplicity, we can assume that anything combat or defensive related they are being buffed 100% of the time at base. Otherwise, they have to consciously bring out the power of the stones at their fullest capacity.

In order to be planetary you have to have enough raw power to destroy nearly the entirety of a planet. Anne had to receive the strongest upgrade she could just to destroy a moon sized entity. She's barely above continental

Sonic vs Anne would be very much overkill. Sonic in base would solo Anne at her weakest, along with that Sonic would not get obliterated by Anne's final form attack,respectfully, Base Sonic would hyperstomp the mess out of Anne at her peak of her strongest form.

Anne's Calamity form gets omega stomped by Super Sonic bro. Super Sonic can take on Time Eater (who is easily Low Multiversal on bare minimum due to destroying all of time and space) and Solaris (who is Multiversal on low-ball and potentially Outerversal given writer statements). He's substantially faster than Base Sonic who has feats of Infinite and Immeasurable speed like restoring time and space through running fast. He calls light speed "small time" and "no challenge", so even without his ridiculous speed feats he's easily MFTL+. On top of all this, Super Sonic has some crazy haxes like Reality Warping and Time Manipulation, and debatably even actual invincibility if the games are to be believed (Frontiers directly says Super Sonic does not take damage). Anne's last blast would do literally nothing to Super Sonic what are you smoking bro

Fleetway's Super Sonic is deranged and Low Multiversal with Omnipresence, Existence Erasure, Time Manipulation, Omniscience, Reality Warping, Size Manipulation, Power Nullification, Power Absorption, Energy Projection, Cloning, Invincibility... His ability list goes on for paragraphs. It's almost the same for Archie Sonic but he scales even higher. Hell; once, Archie's Super Sonic managed to rewrite every facet of the Archie Sonic continuity using his Chaos Energy, INCLUDING every timeline, universe, dimension, and even the Chaos Force, WHICH IS THE SOURCE OF CHAOS ENERGY IN ARCHIE. And even if she still did have her powers, just because she may have held that crown doesn’t mean Anne wouldn’t be as high as she is, because Anne with her powers was still ONE OF the strongest modern Disney characters. I mean, did you watch the video? Whether Star is stronger than Anne doesn’t negate how strong Anne still was.
