Yes, this engine is based on the Honda CG125 engine design. It uses pushrods to operate the over head valves, and still has the small round plug, seen at 3:22, near the bottom of the left side of the cylinder barrell just like the old Honda CG. This engine also uses a centrifugal oil filter, that is seen being fitted at 2:15, which Honda also fitted on many of their small four stroke engine designs.
