E coli is also called a culture.
@Fisheey
@Fisheey Месяц назад
@@j.troydoe1278 It sounds like there might be some confusion in your statement . *Escherichia coli* (E. coli) is a species of bacteria, not a culture in the sense of human social or artistic expression. However, E. coli can be grown or cultured in a laboratory setting for research, medical testing, and other scientific purposes. In microbiology, the term "culture" refers to the process of growing bacteria or other microorganisms under controlled conditions, usually in a nutrient-rich medium. So, while E. coli itself is not a culture, it can be cultured in a laboratory. E. coli and yeast are both types of organisms that can be cultured, meaning they can be grown under controlled conditions in a laboratory. However, they are quite different in their biological nature. - **E. coli** is a bacterium, typically a single-celled organism that lacks a nucleus and is often used in genetic research and biotechnology. It can be grown in various nutrient media to study its genetics, biochemistry, and physiology. - **Yeast**, specifically *Saccharomyces cerevisiae*, which is commonly used in baking and brewing, is a type of fungus. It is a eukaryotic organism, meaning its cells have a nucleus. Yeast is used in research for studying cellular processes because it shares many biological mechanisms with higher organisms, including humans. Both E. coli and yeast are model organisms in research labs. They can be used to produce various biochemical products, study genetic functions, or even understand disease mechanisms. So, while they can both be described as cultures in the scientific sense, they belong to different kingdoms of life with distinct cellular structures and functions.

She responded with name calling "victims, ghetto, we're uneducated, non black people are right about BA, BA only want handouts. African American culture is a rich and diverse blend of traditions, values, and customs that have evolved from the historical experiences of African Americans. Here are some key aspects: 1. **Music and Dance**: Genres like jazz, blues, gospel, R&B, hip-hop, and rap are deeply rooted in African American culture. Dance styles such as breakdancing, hip-hop, and jazz dance are also prominent. 2. **Language and Communication**: African American Vernacular English (AAVE) is a distinct dialect with its own grammatical rules and vocabulary, reflecting the community's unique cultural identity. 3. **Cuisine**: Soul food, which includes dishes like fried chicken, collard greens, cornbread, and sweet potato pie, is a staple of African American cuisine, often tied to historical and regional influences from the South. 4. **Religious and Spiritual Beliefs**: Christianity, particularly in the form of the Black church, plays a significant role. Other spiritual practices include Islam and African traditional religions. 5. **Family and Community**: Strong emphasis on family bonds, extended family networks, and community support. Elders are respected, and communal gatherings are common. 6. **Art and Literature**: African American culture has produced influential writers, poets, and artists who address themes of identity, struggle, and resilience. The Harlem Renaissance is a notable cultural movement. 7. **Fashion and Style**: Distinctive fashion trends and hairstyles, such as Afros, braids, and dreadlocks, reflect cultural pride and heritage. 8. **Social and Political Activism**: A history of activism for civil rights and social justice, with figures like Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, and contemporary movements like Black Lives Matter. 9. **Celebrations and Festivals**: Juneteenth, Kwanzaa, and Black History Month are significant celebrations that honor African American heritage and history. African American culture is dynamic and continues to evolve, influencing and being influenced by broader American and global cultures.

How Jamaicans created rap when they don’t even rap ? I’ve been to Jamaica and they say they created their music because they were inspired by what black Americans were doing in the 1940s , they say they didn’t have radio stations and they had to listen to American radio and they gravitated towards black Americans because they looked similar to them .

Most of the world’s inventions were invented in America, the condenser microphone that’s in all audio from television film , music , cell phone , etc was invented by a black American the gamma electric cell was invented by a black American. Lewis Howard latimer figured who was Thomas Edison assistant figured out the materials needed to make the light bulb work and also designed the telephone for Alexander gram bell .
