After a miracle run to the Western Conference Finals back in 2020, the Denver Nuggets haven't accomplished much since... Nikola Jokic took home back-to-back MVPs, but it was met with little playoff success. Because of this, Nikola Jokic's legacy and the reputation of the Denver Nuggets as a whole were on the line heading into the 2023 NBA Playoffs. But after sweeping the Los Angeles Lakers en route to their first Finals appearance in franchise history...I think we can put all of the false narratives to bed.

For me, i don't have a Horse in the race because my team is ''Rebuilding'' so if it's Miami vs the Nuggets i'd love to see Jimmy finally get one after all his hard work and always stepping up in the playoffs... On the other hand I'd like to the Joker (The real MVP) get a ring for a team that's never even been to the finals

All that matters is that it is 4 wins to go, without enjoying the journey goal doesn't matter that much. All they did to us, Nuggets and Nikola Jokic fans, is to make us enjoy this moment even more. But anyway...goal has not been reached yet, 4 more wins to go! Let's go Nuggets!

Monte Morris a beloved Nuggets player and he was great with Jokic. Faccu and Markus Howard helped them win against Blazers in 1st round. Only time in NBA history that a team with a backup backcourt won a playoff series but people just talked about him getting swept

2020 nuggets lost to the lakers eventual champions 2021 nuggets lost to the suns who went to the finals 2022 lost to the eventual champions warriors…… there is no narrative nuggets have been that dog team injuries have held this team back and that’s the bottom line this is a championship team put some respect on denver 😒

Nick Wright's argument didn't make any sense at all. Jokic averaged 30+ppg in the playoffs when he got eliminated by would be champions Golden State Warriors. The notion that he didn't play well in the playoffs or that he fell off in the playoffs in any way, shape or form is ridiculous.

The problem with Perk's comment was it was DESIGNED to seem reasonable, but specifically cuts at 1990 (an otherwise round seeming number) because Magic did the same thing he was complaining about the year before. But it obviously would have killed his narrative.Along with Dirk basically being tied for 10th to the hundredths decimal place.
