This is the absolute best tip for ball striking. I tried your " squeezing the groins" technic on both back swing and down swing, and it is just amazing! I got myself tons extra power which I never have in my fifty years golfing experience. I am seventy two years old now but still I gained 20 yards extra over my #5 irons average. I am out drive my golf buddies who are ten years younger than me! For sure I am not going to tell them the secrete I learned from you. Ha, Ha, Ha, ."SQUEEZE...SQUEEZE." You are the best.

What I love about Paddy is that even throw-away things he says are sometimes so enlightening compared to other RU-vidrs. The throwaway line about when you flare the feet outwards they makes your stance look wider than it should be - GOLD! I always feel more comfortable and hit better with feet closer but I always feel like people are saying/showing it should be wider.

Many thanks Padraig for this wonderful tip! What a game changer for me! An immediate speed increase with solid shots. I have been trying to use the pelvis in the downswing by moving the front zipper bottom with some success but thinking about squeezing the groins while doing this adds a lot more speed. My only downswing thought now, involves focusing on the groin area while using the two count mantra..."SQUEEZE...SQUEEZER."

You have a great knack of explaining what can be a torturous topic into something that can be easily understood by us lesser mortals. There is some great advice in this video and i will look forward to putting it into practice. The image of squeezing the bollocks is such a great one, and of course when you see how it should be done, it all makes sense. Thanks again for finding the time to make these videos which will help so many enjoy there game better.

Thanks Paddy, I've pondered the golf swing for 44 years now experimenting more than ever now at 60 and with so much information on the net it's great but I absolutely love your logic in explaining how and WHY you do it, always enlightening! I do like the idea of adductor squeeze from Ben Hogan and Sir Nick's "kiss the knees" finish but how I post the left through impact has always been a mystery. You rock good sir!

Mr Harrington I want to take a second to thank you also for your videos, if you do get a chance to read this I have a recurring problem always seem to start the downswing with my upper torso I watched your video on the pelvis and the motion repeatedly is there anything you could say to me that would help me to understand better how to get the lower body started in the upper body to remain back if not thank you again sir for all your efforts to help us understand the golf swing wish you all the luck on the senior tour
