In all honesty with the ending scene with how upset mark was when he saw Erica using the site and wanted to reach her again, him calling her would have been a very very touching and just as good ending as what the film already did :)

+ShadowKrueger I disagree, I think the ending really exemplifies how Facebook has changed they way we communicate, how clicking around a web page can show someone's fear lack of confidence. The irony that hits you very hard in the end is that he is trapped in something that he created.

This is my favorite HISHE episode. I mean sure this channel rely on the comedy as it is an entertainment, and there's nothing wrong with that. Super cafe is hilarious and I always wait for the newest Supes and Bats antics. But for The Social Network you guys took a different approach. Yes there is still comedy jammed in the video but the ending itself where he actually opted to call her because that's ALL he wanted to do from the very start, to apologize to her. The movie itself is fantastic and I really like the soft songs in this HISHE video with just the montage of important points of the movie. All I wanna say is, great job guys. And keep up making these kind of videos :)

Aye, the thing I really, really didn't like about 'The Social Network' is that the whole girlfriend-dumping him thing was made up! Mark Zukerberg started dating Priscilla Chan, now his wife, in 2001. She's a doctor. Their relationship seems to be doing really well! Oh, btw, she's Asian American, not some generic white girl. It could've been a great movie without totally inventing that girl and getting rid of Chan.

Don't think people appreciate just how funny this series is...seriously, it's freakin' genius! And the graphics are so impressive!! It's the sort of short show you would see on E4 or added as an end / part of a comedy piece somewhere...I don't understand how you guys from the 'hishe' crew have not been 'picked up' yet...but I guess like all things, talent can take a while to be truly recognized. ***** But I feel like toby wasn't as good of a peter either. The reason I feel this way (with toby) is that they tried to capture the awkwardness of a nerd, but they never showed how smart he was. So it came across as, well......... Awkward. It also bothered me (before I even saw the amazing spiderman movies) that Toby's peter was never that upset about his parents. And like when uncle Ben died, yeah it was sad, but the emotion wasn't as present as it should have been. It seemed the same as when Toby cried over the other million things he cries about in the movies. Andrew on the other hand, you see the emotion of his parents being gone, ben dying, gwen dying...... When something tragic to his character happened, it didn't look and think "how sad". I cried along with him.

I feel like it suits Marks character not to call Erica- like he is a bit of a cowardly character, hence tricking Edwardo into signing the contract that looses his contract. I just feel that since he left Erica on such bad terms, phoning would feel quite alien to him, and break the pace of the film. Plus I like the irony that Mark is using the thing that made him destroy his relationship with people ie. his computer skills (Erica with facemash and Edwardo with facebook) to rebuild a relationship. Although he's a manipulative social outcast, he's still human with human anxieties. It also outlines the power of social media, a very present theme throughout the film, which is solidified through the ending, that facebook has the power to connect people.

I think the last half hour was the worst part. You start watching the film, a little confused because there is no excitement of any kind, you start thinking "OMG, Mark is such a great guy, he´s just an misunderstood genius in this society" and the.... BAM... he betrays his best friend, his only friend, by replacing him with another guy, tricking him, and finally taking away all his money and recognition for creating facebook. And the movie ends. Great way to waste 2 hours of my useless life.....

when I first saw the movie I didnt care for it cuz i thought it was really boring. Then I bought it at a black friday sale to see why everyone loved it so much. I ended up loving it after that second viewing and its now in my top 10 favorite movies.
