Pre-nerf, the spell towers were a nightmare which was great for defense layouts. Post nerf, they feel a lot more balanced now. The rage tower isn't as intense now and ive always loved how the invis spell tower can always throw someone off.
clash of clans players are out there whining about a 90% increase in damage for 18 seconds meanwhile boom beach players have to deal with a 150% FOR THE ENTIRE GAME (or until you break the damage amplifier which is in the very back of the base) BUT STILL!!
Well we have statue buffs to boost troop hp and damage, clash players only have warden/apprentice warden for troop buffing and a rigid set of spells to work with.
@@tnx8x155 personally im always running 3 gbes, 2 troop hps and 2 troop damages. Ive also got 1 building hp and one building damage but thats more against hammerman than anything else
Honestly the implementation of the spell towers kind of reminds me of the Prototype Defenses from Boom Beach: multiple Powerful defense options, but you only get limited slots, which isn’t enough to have every option at once, and you can have dupes.

@@Toilet_crusher26 I feel like you could use golems to tank a lot of the damage from mortars and x bows as those two defenses don't put a lot of pressure on golems
@@charliehigglons7490 flame flinger+golem is in my opinion, the best ground strategy, but I do air strategies because you don't need any wall removal(wall breakers, earthquake spells, etc.) and for air strategies stone slammer is basically an extra lavahound that does splash, more damage and has cc troops, but if I had to choose a ground strategy, it would be golem flame flinger
I absolutely adore the spell tower, since it adds to much depth to both offense and defense. The rage tower definitely deserved the nerf, but the new th16 offense meta is just so much worse thanks to one specific new troop that literally everyone uses. If someone just spams their entire army in the first 10 seconds, they should not be able to even get close to 3 starring a well built base.
1. Determine whether they are itchy naturally or by infection or STD. 2. If they are by any other cause then natural, seek medical attention. 3. Avoid applying too many shampoo, conditioner, soap or hair gel in the region. 4. Clean thoroughly when showering. 5. Itch them.
fr like i thought the whole purpose of the game was that getting 3 stars is a hard and huge achievement because its not like you lose trophies with 1 star attack
I think the best way to nerf them would be by changing their spells to others Here me out ok No mechanical change Just replace the spells with other spells Their requirements to activate would be the same as the previous spells were Eg Rage can be replaced with haste This will only affect the speed but wont give any damage boost Poision can be replaced with frost spell This will only slow the enemy troop like the poision spell but wont give any damage Invisible....well what do u think should replace the invisible spell ?
Haste has faster speed than rage, which means more DPS and therefore doesn’t change anything. The frost spell makes things slower than the poison which makes things attack slower and the defenses still kill them While it’s an ok idea, it really changes nothing
Monolith basically is designed to kill heroes and high HP targets fast. At level 1 it does a flat 180 damage + an extra 14% of the troop's total HP. Level 2 ups base damage to 200 and 15% of total hp. Kills BK in a few shots

@@The_quiet_kkd if you're doing a Lalo , depending where you send the queen I.E. into TH or if eagle is on opposite side. Typically the Queen would hit the TH and you warden ability can be timed with the first blast from the eagle and whipe it before the second burst. Personally I think after TH14 defenses like the monolith, scatter or spell tower have a higher value over an Eagle. But just because I don't find it a concern doesn't mean it out right isn't one I suppose
Man, Attack players are such cry babies. They always get more Power to Attack with Siege machines, pets, more troops and all sorts of things. Let defence players have a chance to win for once.

Use OG equipment then, it still works and nobody forces you to use other equipments, only the fact than the only OG equipments that are good compared to the others are invis gem and eternal those (if royal champ is not counted because she hasn't got any new equipment)
Clash of Clans balance changes necessary: Only one spell tower for TH15, second unlocked at TH16. Th Weapon nerf at TH12-16 (in order to prepare for other weapons besides inferno that you can switch or just different ones in all levels) Electro Dragon nerf to DPS at TH11 - 12 (5% only to not upset E-drag spammers) Rage spell nerf (only a little bit to not upset game balance too much, as it is the best and an almost required spell) Valkyrie Rework or buff to levels after TH9 Root Rider nerf (Im not TH15, so I don't know how broken they are.) Jump Spell buff (give the Jump Spell an extra effect of making troops untargetable while "jumping" so the defense retargets.
