The thing about merged defenses is that they can also softlock people from completing the achievements. While for the Cannons and Archer Tower it is not an issue, it will become one once we get to the X-Bows and Inferno Towers.
I think the loot from Battle Base should be convertible into things, such as things that would benefit Town Hall or the player themselves for player to play while everything else is in the background
It's so bad because you either have to grind to resources, or you have to get to a higher league to earn max rewards but to get into higher leagues in the first place you need better defenses and progress is just super slow starting. And the wall upgrading is just fucking ridiculous the price is now five for one. what a joke. (wrote after tilting and dropping from iron league 1 to iron league 2)

Company decided to make the ad and promotion of no one that I don’t even know 😂 so they wasted crazy amount of money and then trying to force people to buy some items so they would justify their investment. Do you understand what is promotion ? No one asked you to hire that dude to make the promotion in the first place you decide to waste tons of money on a dude that a lot do Americans don’t know and even more a lot of people don’t don’t actually. So why should we spend any cent to make you investment justified. Also removing the time won’t erase the memory. If the game is so easy hackable then better invest that money to make it strong and not hackaable at all? 🤔 it’s like a country buying public urinals that are made of gold and then forcing the nation to pay more taxes to justify the expanse. But the issue is that public in that case citizens never asked for golden bathroom or toilets so why are you buying it that we have to pay for it ? You adults are morons actually.
when they merge the mortars, i think itd be fun if they made it so the new mortar physically cant miss, im thinking like it shoots a missile in the air and then it rockets back down so it follows a rough arc like a normal mortar shot, but just doesnt miss
mortars play big support role in my base defense....if four mortar placed evenly to support the centre area and also the edge of base mortars will be busy...when your town hall is threatened there will be two or three mortar raining fire inside base its all placement
I think a hero station would work great/not having hero posts counting towards percentage. They just seem so inconvenient when they have like 100 hp to begin with
but also heroes do have a purpose while defending and the posts hinder them to their seperate areas. also the grand warden literally turns into to a defense during attacks
surely supercell adds merged X-bows. my idea is that they become like a three-shot scattershot ina way, like three quick shots and then a cooldown. I think supercell is going to merge the Wizard Tower as that tower has become a bit redundant like the mortar.
I feel that, for the Mortar, they should do the opposite of what they did with the Archer Tower and Cannon, where they took single target towers and made them capable of dealing with swarms. This means taking the Mortar from an AOE tower to a high single damage tower. I actually have 2 different ideas for this: 1. Do something like Clash Royales evolved Mortar where it shoots a barrel of Skeletons or Goblins. This makes it so the spawned units can attack larger units and slowly scale up damage with each launch. This can also help by making it work like the Guard building in the Builder Base, where the spawned units can delay/distract enemy troops. 2. Take a page from the Eagle Artillery and make it a lite version of that, where the projectile can seek (maybe the projectile is a mildly guided rocket) and deals much more damage, but in a smaller AOE. 2a. Maybe this could be something wacky like turning it from a Mortar into a Rocket Launcher, where it deals far more damage, doesn't have a minimum range, but only hits one target at a time for high damage (or just has a reduced AOE). Yes this idea is also partially based on the MOAB mauler upgrade path for the bomb shooter from BTD.
Possible merged defense (their abilities) Hidden Tesla = act like Evolved tesla, When come out or destroyed, will cast shockwaves? Inferno Tower = Mix up with their forms, attack Multiple target and increase damage over time Wizard tower = larger splash area and create burn effect?
A good merged mortar would be a massive mortar that shoots one incredibly large shot that does massive area damage or instead make it similar to the builder base lava launcher.
@@NickyYey Yeah just minus the tracking and full map range. It would help with hitting more shots from the increased aoe fixing pretty much the mortars worst issue.
Imagine a triple target INFERNO that increases it dmg over time like the single Target one, and the multi Target Inferno had the same range of a scattershot 💀
Merged Mortar would be a fantastic idea, like Zanvulf mentioned. But instead of merging only two mortars, what if we could merge the other THREE mortars to have a multi-mortar just like our geared up mortar. Having two multi-mortars with good splash damage could make the mortars actually relevant again as effective defenses.
I think the merged defenses came too early as an "needed" option to save space. They could have cut down on other buildings first like collectors or army camps just make the collectors produce faster to compensate and or army camps hold more troops
