Every snail farmer I have watched on RU-vid "organizes workshops and trainings." I think money is on trainings, not necessarily on selling the snails to consumers.
I'm 100% with you on that. West Africa they eat snails,dog meat, monkey, snakes and have thriving wild meat markets. Some of their alien cultures should be prohibited when they bring it to a new country.
