This was such an awesome tutorial! I love the way you go step by step and the show the before and after. I too have hooded eyes and I never liked a wing look. I always use an eye shadow and smoke it out. Please keep doing more videos like this! This was so beginner friendly for me ☺️

Thank you so much for your tutorials! Not only have they given me the confidence to try new makeup looks with my hooded eyes, you also provide all of them with so much grace and kindness. I tried to watch a tutorial from a different makeup artist and she was so catty and mean and rude. Making fun of people who didn't know how to do the techniques that she was teaching. Also, she only used very expensive brands that are outside of my budget. I love watching your channel knowing that I will never be shamed for a technique I didn't know yet and that your beauty tips really focus on techniques rather than expensive products.

You are truly a makeup artist. Sadly, I have severe hooded eyes and the fold goes past the corner of my eye that you can not see any lid space at all. The wing technique won’t work for me. I tried it 🥺. I think; however, I may try that tape. Thank you so much 🤗❤️

This would be a good look for almost any eye shape. I have the opposite of hooded eyes but I know it would still be flattering. For us older ladies, it lifts the eyelid - also, there's nothing on the lower lid. Thanks.

Smitha I watch all your videos and love them. I havent been able to do your shadow outer V. Im a senior lady and have always worn makeup. I want to try this technique. For an unknown reason my left eye waters as soon as I apply makeup thus I havent been able to use liquid eyeliners. I have dry skin and I need a suggestion on what foundation I should wear with dry skin. Dont you ever have any bloopers? Your application is always flawless, there must be a couple of bloopers along the way. Thanks so much! Shelly

FINALLY someone acknowledged that not all "hooded eyes eyeliner hacks" work for every shape of hooded eyes! My hood goes past my outer corner so i definitely can't draw any design without it being distorted by that fold in the skin 🙃
