I’m proud to say that Mentality has changed who I am as an individual. When I was struggling during quarantine of 2020, I ended up discovering them through Instagram. Their quotes and messages allowed me to achieve the best part of myself. I could have either go through pain and not do anything, or go through the pain and work my ass off. I chose the latter. And thanks to them I’m here thriving as a 18 year old high-school student whose physically and mentally fit. Nothing but love for these people. 💯
