Or the government tests are designed to make you fail . Questions with multiple answers , questions that have more than one right answer but if you don’t say it their way it’s wrong . Fuck that shit I took an rn test 3 times before I was finally exempt in the court of law because Ohio has a flawed nursing system . Fuck the United States government I say if she did her job for 15 years , she did just fine . She completed college right? Just cause she didn’t pass your cult governments test means she’s wrong?
@@unclecooter9468 but you’re contradicting the point…the difference is you worked damn hard for that degree,I believe three times you said, whereas she failed and never went back. I don’t think it was the point of how well she did her job; hell I failed the pharmacology test while in nursing school years ago but knew more about how to an EKG than most nurses I worked with in the ER and I was only a nursing assistant. My point was it’s not fair to the average RN whose earned their credentials that deserved the position, rather than someone who it was just handed over to just because she wore the wedding band of the boss.
@@Tomc528 if she was so good , why did she never pass the cert... because she does not have the technical knowledge . she was breaking the law, NPA to be exact.
Tyson is not the victim here, they should have taken the time to check her credentials. And what's worse is they probably knew all along, they may have even avoided checking just to save a few hundred dollars. They should be held liable for this just like the nurse.
Here's what's funny. States have websites for their medical licensing boards you can look up for FREE. If I wanted to look up a provider's license number, to verify them it would take only a handful of minutes, so they wouldn't be saving anything more than 5 minutes worth of someone's time, certainly not a few hundred dollars.
All licensed medical professionals have their licensure available for anyone to see online. Look up provider credential search in any state or NURSYS (for nurses nationwide) and you can review license status including discipline. It's rather interesting.
My ex wife lied about being a nurse in Marlboro NY working at the local school system there in Marlboro NY. A little bird told the school system that she wasn’t a nurse at all. She was a CNA licensed in Florida with an expired license.
Pretty sad you have to work somewhere so dangerous you have a whole team of nurses on standby. You see roofers doing their job without an ambulance sitting there
So whatever happened to her husband? Being married to her and watching her work for 15 yrs, I’m sure he knew! *The perks of being married to the boss* huh? Ha! Most companies do *routine background checks every few years on all of their current employees* so if you slipped through the hiring process or managed to catch some serious felonies while on vacation or weekends, it’s bound to come back and bite ya later.
The government workers are much much worse with this type of stuff, they seem to all help family get that government job and taxpayer stolen money, it's called Nepotism and they are constantly doing that in local and federal government jobs. Look at the latest guy the Biden admin nominated for the FAA, he has no business working in his government positions, he isn't qualified and he's corrupt as hell. This is why we need to get the government out of most things.
You would be surprised, she probably hid it from him also. Question is, did she renew her license yearly using fake number or only the first time when she got her job.
She is an illegitimate nurse as in no legal license issued by the board of nursing after one successfully passes the NCLEX exam after graduating from an accredited nursing program/school. She could've actually been qualified is my point. I mean, I'm a legitimate nurse but this chick made it for 15 years. Meanwhile my black azz had to show proof that my credentials are in order. They don't let us slip up like this.
As a nurse that went nursing school this grids my gears!! I scarified a lot for this licensure and for ppl to fake being a nurse is disrespectful to us that really put in the work!
shes technicially a Nurse just not Licensed. she went through an accredited program and graduated. she shouldve remediated and studied to pass her licensing exam.
@@tomjohnson5700 Quit running away from your moronic claim that the plant mgr is responsible for verifying the credentials of everyone employed at the plant.
@@tomjohnson5700 "husband diddly damn well knew she was not holding a valid license... he knowingly employed unlicensed wife..." Too bad YOU can't be jailed for making unproven accusations against him.
LPN is so easy to get. License LPN I know work very hard with a very tough job. And they don’t like very much at all. So she worked In a chickens plant and treats minor injury. And she actually went to LPN school, but failed the test. This is a minor case.
This is absolutely crazy. It is absolute disgrace to the nurses that actually go to school and pass the NCLEX. When I went to nursing school I was stalked, harassed and check in Florida. I had my background check 3 different times, my immunization check and my license number check. How did she get away with being a fake nurse for 15 years and nobody knew about it? I can't believe she stole real nurses license numbers and used it as her own so she could work. I am still trying to find how did the she get away with being a fake nurse for 15 years. They are two sets of laws. One law for their favorites and the other law for the rest of us.
EXACTLY!!! Licensure matters. An example: school districts and summer camp staff need to look up the licensure of anyone they have working or volunteering. All licensed medical professionals have their licensure available for anyone to see online. Look up provider credential search in any state or NURSYS (for nurses nationwide) and you can review license status including discipline. It's rather interesting.
Canada has this happening in all kinds of careers. So many of our professionals come over from other commonwealth countries and the UK and simply LIE and get in. We'd had professors, doctors, and even the head of major universities pull this stuff off.
The Plant Manager who is her husband knew she didn't have a License and yet he gave her access to his employees needing medical care. They both deserve jail time after they lose their jobs.
I came here to learn how to trade after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investment and how he made $465k in 4months from $160k. somehow this video have helped me shad some light into few things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and open to ideas.

@@tomjohnson5700 Sigh. They should really limit the number of times you can take a doctor's or nursing exam. As you are dealing with someone's life here in some situations.
She can always go back and get her license especially with the years of experience she has, it should be easy. Ain't nothing like public humiliation though, huh? Tyson knew they could have quietly let her get her license to resolve the matter, not putting her business out on the street.
I don't believe she can, at least not for a long time. Most licensing boards require a background check and if you have any criminal convictions, you won't be allowed to sit for licensure.
@@ThatDamnPandaKai i don’t believe that she will ever b able to get a real license now. The code of ethics for nursing is very important. When u violate that, you have broken a line of trust that there must be between nurses, and nurses and patients.
You people are so blind. You think she was giving actual proper medical care ?? Nope she was cashing a check. How many patients do you think she referred to the hospital ?
This is crap the company knew all about this woman pretending to be a nurse for 15 years the only reason why they're scrambling now goes she got caught she should go to jail and the business should be sued
The only person who would know about this is her husband. There are obviously issues in the marriage. He’s trying to get back at her. Simple!!! 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Oh FFS.....she was married to the plant manager....this was NO accident or oversight....she just knew the right person.....or should I say, she was sleeping with the right person.
I agree…some people just have trouble taking the test. I am a licensed RN. When i took my state board there were other graduated students that were about to hyperventilate because of the pressure of passing it. Some people simply have trouble taking tests. I passed it first time but know others who took it 2, 3, 4x because of that. And we’re some of the BEST students and awesome talent in critical thinking. So just because she couldn’t take a test doesn’t mean she didn’t take care of the patients. She could have been wonderful at what she did. Just sad she chose to break the law to continue doing what she loved. Now she will never b able to do it again.
I answered your question, she was a lousy nurse at work. She put the other nurses down for actually using good sound rational precautions v. her lack of knowledgeable expertise in several instances when it came to injuries. She could have caused employees harm.
