my laptop was in the blue screen and it will not open the desktop files, so i press F9 and hold as you said just in case then it open until it back to its original desktop files.... Thank you

Hi, I have this exact model but it’s stuck in the bios settings screen whenever I turn it on. It was giving me hard drive and back up warnings but I neglected them and then it started opening to the bios screen. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Really -_- try resetting with a disc, Won't fail the install then because it's on a disk not the hard drive :)

I have and Asus laptop and it stopped working it shows a blue screen that has all the settings after the f9 I tried restarting it and it just tells me "insert your windows installation or recovery media to continue" and I don't that and the only option it gives me after that is "cancel" I have tried every other restarting method that it shows of the f9 menu and nothing works. Please help me!!

there is absolutely no option on my laptop to reset it. Like no way. I've tried every method i know. I went into recovery mode and no option to reset at all after i went into troubleshooting. And from the windows 10 menu, and try to restore from there, i get a message saying 'could not find recovery enviroment' . can you please help??
