1. Blue 2. I leave the basic options since I'm not fully into these graphic features right now 3. 24 h Congrats on 5k, I found this video to be incredibly informative about these new features and I now know more about it, thanks!
Hey buddy! Send me an email at WinDeckTech@gmail.com you'll have 24 hrs from this post. Make sure to send the email from the account that your RU-vid is linked to.
afmf doesn't work on the legion go other than in portrait orientation or using an external display just to save you other tinkerers some time and tears, lenovo mentioned working on a fix.
@Trippydrip246 yeah same here hurry up already lenovo, all though because it's only an unofficial preview driver not event ment for the z1 in the first place yet I think no ones ass is on fire over this one sadly.
Awww I was wondering why it got cancelled. Well you make amazing content and I’ll always be here to support. 1. Red 2. I still don’t understand frame generation I usually just leave the settings as is. 3. 12 h
It's experimental, meaning it's being tinkered with. He's just showing it's gonna happen, so expect buggyness! If it was a beta, or even an Alpha, I'd say go for it. But since it's not, then I'd read Lenovo's disclosures on it before you think about it as your daily driver. I already took mine off. Reason being is that it's buggy! Faster fps is coming. It's not if, it's when. Be patient. It'll be here before you know it. Just like Christmas!
1. Blue, it's always blue 2. Starfield because I need to get to clearing the blasted game, almost there. 3. 12 hour format I really hope they improve this tech, really at 60+ fps you don't really need the frames. At 30 - 40 fps is when you really can use the extra fps and make the game feel buttery smooth.
1.Blue 2.Well I would like to see a universal frame generation support like lossless scaling that works on older gpus without issues. If specifically speaking I would love to have this yech implemented in online shooters only if it does not add too much additional latency. 3. 24hr
I cant get the Adrenalin application to install even with the bug fix. There is no evidence the software even installed. The CCC2_install file runs, completes, and nothing.
AFMF only works great if you can achieve a minimum 60fps without frame gen. It is recommended by AMD. So if the game can get 60fps with FSR and lower settings then you can have a ok experience with AFMF on. Its going to be very useful for handhelds. As lower graphics settings are not as bad on a small screen. The 780m and future AMD APU's will require AFMF to use a 120hz screen at its fullest. My choice of a ROG Ally with a 120hz screen with VRR was the right choice.
So i download 780m driver and the amd radeon app but wen playing dragons dogma at low settings 30w tdp it crashes and shutsdown my whole device confused as to why my brothers ally rog with 780m driver runs way better then the legion??
Hello, so i did everything as instructed but i don't have the option to activate FMF in AMD SOFTWARE, please help me. I don't even see the Adrenaline app in my Windows Applications now
Thanks for all this. One thing, when I’m in system-display-graphics-default graphic settings- I only have the one option and that’s to reduce latency, flip presentation model thing. I don’t have those other options u have. I’m on the legion go
I've already installed the drivers 23.40.01 preview version with AMD FMF, how can I update to latest version 24.3? Adrenaline check for update do not work It shows im updated... With the same method of the video? Thank you
Hey did you get this sorted? You'll have to delete the folder then run the installer until it errors out then the files should be there.in your c drive not in your programs folders
Oh no, it's definitely worth the effort. Especially on Ally. Some games the performance boost is night and day. For example Dead Space remake and Allen Wake² are unplayable without it. With other games you can turn up most of the eyecandy. Stutters are (in my experience) solved by playing with settings. Typically switching FSR to performance solves it.
