YOO sick man! that set of markers is insane, there's an infinite possibility of techniques and artworks u can make with that many markers. All the best bro, appreciate u!!
Thank you sm for the tips Shrimpy , I have tried these types of markers but it was a fine tip 😅so I struggled a bit ,this video really helped a lot thank you❤
yesss paper is super important! i left out the paper part as the video was starting to get fairly long and I mentioned it in a previous video about the best art supplies to get, but any paper thats manufactured to work with markers will do the trick!
ahhhh i could tryy but i acutally dont use coloured pencils much at all! im a professional at using markers, but not pencils so i might not be the best man for the job!
hey Celia!!! I made a short not too long ago about fine tip markwrs, not sure if you’ve seen it already but check my recent shorts! its the one with the man wearing the purple coat :)
Hey man, I just wanted to say I am a HUGE fan, just love all your videos. I recently took art for GCSE, everyone is extremely good, I feel like I’m rlly bad compared to them I really enjoy drawing however I am not all that good at it, I can draw from tutorials and other drawings, I have art resources like graphite pencils, watercolor and acrylic paints, but I really want to learn how to draw based off observation, out of all drawing I want to master sketching. Could I please get some advice? To me it seems like I’m lying that I know how to draw but I really just love it, but when I look at my drawings there generally not all that good. Please give some advice?
Wassup Ayan!! I completely feel u, I know what its like to go into a new environment where it just feels like everyone is so much better than you. BUT! The best part about what you wrote is that you really do love making art - THATS whats the most important part! I know it sounds cliche, but if u simply keep drawing, keep following tutorials on the specific areas you want to improve on, and keep trying new things, its 100% guaranteed that you'll improve over time! For now, there is literally 0 benifiit to comparing your art to the other students/artists in GCSE. So just focus on your own individual improvement, and keep going man!! Dont hesitate to ask anymore questions if u have any! All the best, Shrimpy
hey marselo!!!! I actually use a bunchhh of different sketchbooks, but they're all listed on my amazon page in the description! And yes, Ohuhu have an awesome brush nib too, just make sure u get the Honolulu version of the marker, as that's the one with the brush nib! :)
@@Shrimpy i can like stop the video so i can draw the thing you drew like i take something from ur doodles to my doodle and i drew sushi dragon and now it's opn my table inside so when i open it i see it also ty i got into art back bc of you❤
focus as much as possible on the quality of the videos themselves! watch lots of tutorials on video creation, as creating videos that are engaging and high quality is extremely importnat. also, utilising short form videos too is very important, as the algorithm allows u to reach lots of new people! its hard to reach big audiences when ONLY posting long form. hope that helps!!
ahhh thats alright bro!! if you look at the amazon link in the description, I made a page with all my art supplies along with some cheaper marker alternatives! hope that helps :)
yessir moleskine is amazing! just make sure you get the Moleskine ART EDITION, cuz all the other models are not made for markers, and the bleeding will be really bad! hope that helps!
its okay to let the first colour dry a little bit, but ideally you don't want to let the first marker dry COMPLETELY, as that's when its no longer wet and doesn't like being blended. so I like to work fairly efficiently when I'm blending colours! hope that helps!
Yes!!! All alcohol markers can blend with eachother. I used to use Windsor and Newton together with Copic. As long as u don’t let the ink dry before blending, it should work just fine!
oh shi 😭😭😭 nahh its not the end of the world but IMO it just limits your colouring ability! it makes it harder to blend, takes more time and you cant use a lot of techniques. so id recommend to either use the chisel or brush :)
check my older videos and shorts mr banana :) the reason my long-form views are lower is because I took a big 2-year break, and only started uploading long videos again this year. it’s been tough to get the momentum back but we’re working on it ❤️
