I'm feeling behind in my life sm and after reading the comments, I can see that I'm not the only one who is going through this. And that makes me feel that everything is gonna workout. And I know I can make it workout. So, if you are feeling like you are behind in life then let me just tell you that it's ok. And we have bright future ahead of us. We just have to push a bit. Day by day. And when go back to our original way of living, we just have to remind ourselves to get back on track. Life is full of ups and downs. You won't just watch a productive video one day and then change your life forever. Life is result of trials and errors. So dont be afraid to fail and dont beat yourself up for it :)))

Another name for the artificial vs. organic motivation. Is internal vs. external motivation. Others and outside sources can only motivate us so much, but if the motivation comes from within we can reach higher levels. Having the motivation within ourselves causes us to chase our goals faster and work harder than just feeding off of someone else’s energy all the time. It is so true and has definitely shaped my life in many ways. I’ll watch productivity videos but not necessarily for motivation just because it’s one of my favorite kinds of video lol
Does anyone have tips on becoming more social and getting to know people outside of school? I’m kind of uncomfortable meeting new people but I’d really like to improve my social skills but I don’t socialise much outside of school (except with my friends). I just don’t know where to find new friends that are like me and it’s really upsetting cause I’ve been struggling with this forever! I’m fine by myself most of the time but i’d just really like to have someone that understands me in my life, yk?
3 action steps from this video: 1. Muted 90% of snap stories that aren’t important to me (I want to keep snap because posting on my private genuinely helps as an outlet and it’s where I save a lot of personal videos, but consumption on there isn’t helping me) 2. Reached out to 2 friends that have ambition and a good work ethic to start rigging my friendships to be conducive of excellence (I’ve lost touch with a lot of the people I used to talk to that were like that and the ones I held on to I had social conversations with instead of conversations around the work which I want to have. I want to start making at least a fraction of my daily conversations actually about the grind and goals and such, instead of just using interactions as social relief and talking solely about leisurely things) 3. Recorded a video for my tomorrow self to motivate her to have a productive day with no procrastination, and really dove deep into how fulfilling it is to have those kinds of days over the days in which my tasks and deadlines and anxiety around them control me instead of me controlling them. I don’t want my deadlines and my classes and my commitments to define my days, I want to be in charge. That means going slow, taking breaths, living a boring life sometiems, and most of all getting things done as they need to be done so they don’t end up monsters under my bed.
hi annie, i'm sorry if you've already made a video on this before but i'd love to see an in-depth video on your master life vision. i find myself feeling like a hamster stuck on a wheel, just running with no real goal in sight. i'd love to learn how to put together a master life vision, beyond just a simple vision board. i'm in my final year of highschool and i'm really struggling to push through it, although i have a plan for university and like to look forward to the kind of life i want to live, i struggle to find the motivation to work towards it. i'm a very visual person so it can be hard to work towards something that i can't exactly see. i'd love to be able to get motivation internally, rather from external sources. i'd also love to learn more about how to become more disciplined, as it's a skill i would really love to work on. thanks!

I wanted to give a suggestion for another way to avoid procrastination. I’ve used this system and it’s really helped me! Find a healthy distraction that won’t suck you in, to give your brain a break. For example, your doing homework and you really want to watch a movie, instead go for a run, get a drink, read a book that won’t suck you in. It will give your brain a break, but it will also help you get into the flow of productivity

Hi Annie!❤️ Im really struggling with finding someone near to me who is on self improveny path- Im looking for someone who I can look up to. So I thought that you could actually use your platform to connect teeenage girls who want to improve their life. Im from Poland so it make me a little bit more difficult to find someone like that. So I thought maybe u can post a ig story with a question window, where we can write where are we live- then you just post that and we can find eachother. It's really difficult for me to find in my enviroment is on their self improvement path. this was so helpful im in 9th grade and ive recently learned that a constant upwards trend in your grades if the ones in your first year arent up to par keeps your chances for college in check. Now i want to be different for 10, 11, and 12. adhd is quite complicated.
I was in 9th last year and i procrastinated all the time and my grades sucked, my grades aren't all As/Bs but they are much better than last year, and my mental health is much better aswell. i wish u luck
