We both lost our sons(mine passed April 27, 2009, a week before his 17th birthday). 4. That Whitney Houston song!! I used it as my entrance song at my graduation party on 2016 after completing a double Master's because while I thought I was just burying myself in staying busy, it never occurred to me that I was leaning to survive. You may not believe this, but I'll share it anyway. Yesterday evening, I was having dinner with a friend, and I complained that I hate trying to color soy candles, as I have never been satisfied with the depth of color. As a result, I stopped using all dyes in my soy candle wax. Moments after I stopped ranting, my cell phone chimed, indicating that a new You Tube upload had just been posted. It was YOUR new episode, entitled "How to Add Color To Soy Candles With Dye." I was stunned!!!! Thanks to you and your sharing of candle wisdom, I have decided to give coloring soy wax another try. Do you believe in coincidence? Further, I was deeply touched by your story about William. Although I never had the opportunity to know him, I do know one thing: William was blessed to have YOU as his mother for 30 years. Thank you for sharing the links about William's medical condition and the hospital. I had my own cancer journey almost 10 years ago, and, as I speak to friends about getting diagnosed and treated as early as possible, I plan to respectfully speak of William, as well. Please know, too, that I plan to raise William's name in prayer this evening. Peace to you and your family.

Dye blocks are easier to melt if you add them in with your wax at the start so you don't accidentally over heat your wax or wait forever for the dye block to melt. 💗

Hi! Thank you for your video. I liked it a lot. I'm sorry for your loss... I believe that every soul comes to our Earth for its own purpose and then goes and comes back to achieve a new one. We just cannot know what purpose it is. I see you're a good person, with a kind heart. Wil was so lucky to have you in his life! Wish you all the happiness and luck in the world! P.S. Personally I use the dye blocks just because it's easier for me (to measure in grams ;) And because I make maybe 3-4 candles at once (at least for now!)

Hello 👋🏽 would you say all dyes are the same? Did you test out different dye suppliers or just picked one and ran with it? I know there are different types ie. Chips & liquid but I’m wondering if certain suppliers have better dye then others. I have noticed a chip dye I got from Amazon has stained my mold and they are a bit harder to work with. Any chance for a dye review video. I really enjoy watching your video 👏🏽
