Dealer supposed to do that before you get the bike. They did for.my bike and my wife's . They actually called me and asked the weight info.

Delivered with ‘zero preload’ is actually set up for someone not over weight. (170 lb man) which is crazy because everyone knows all Harley owners are overweight. Hahaha!
