I'm not sure on the exact specs of the screws off the top of my head. You can try removing the other one and taking it to a local Ace Hardware or something to see if they can match it though.
My old aeron has an issue where the arms slowly slide down throughout the week. I have the wheel things as tight as I can get them but they still slide. Any fix for that?
@@CrandallOfficeFurniture Hey Crandall - any update on this? I have the same issue with my wheel adjustable chair. The left one constantly slides down despite being on the tightest level

I'm thinking of finding my comfortable position (at top) and inserting a thin piece of wood or metal rod into the clot, cut to a height so it just fits in slot under the arm - then the arm can't fall any further. Haven't done it yet but that's my plan. A velcro strap around the entire arm channel will ensure the added height rod won't fall from channel.
@@CrandallOfficeFurniture i did get it to go, i needed a better tool made it easier to firmly seat and give it more torque. Right tool for the right job, as they say.

I replaced my Costco Mesh chair for this Herman Miller, and I'm disappointed I can't slide arm rest up and down with a click of a button. My Costco chair also moved arm rest back vertically with a push of a button.
@@CrandallOfficeFurniture Locktite is a friction modifier, not an adhesive. You can get more info about proper application from Locktite. They have extensive engineering docs on all their products. I.e. This isn't a "suggestion;" it's an engineering spec.
