I have these poles and the flip lock broke on one of them. They brag about their customer service, but I sent two emails and after two weeks, no response.

elbow at 90 degrees but picture shows about 110 degrees which is it, you would think a simple thing like GET THE RIGHT PICTURE would be part of quality control

Those pole heights are probably only for your pole brand, they do not work with me, the heights are too long for my pole.

Nevermind this, a 5 year old could do it. How the hell do you adjust the straps??

I can figure out how to snap the buckle. But I can't figure out how to lengthen the wrist strap, and this video by the company fails to explain that.
