Sir loved this video of your...just oke clarity needed..after putting all the ingredients...is it thay we shouldn't keep it even for five or tenminutes for marination andnit should be immediately be put inside the airfryer tray ?....i always thought keeping it for sometime for marination will make it absorb all the masalas much better.... please advise

You are right and I always quote,"longer the time we keep the stuff marinated, better the taste we get.' But it is true if we marinate Chicken, Fish or Paneer. If we keep vegetables marinated for longer time, veggies would release their moisture and would become soggy. So it's better to air fryer vegetables immediately after seasoning them with spices.

I used Saffola Refined oil. But you may use olive or oil of your choice. Using mustard oil may not go well kyonki humme usse pehle jalaana padta hai..

You may use convection mode of your microwave oven to grill the veggies at same temperature. As the volume of the microwave oven is more n flow is less, it may take more time to grill the vegetables. Preheating is must here too.

It may happen but the nutrient value reduces too when we cook them in casual routine. Have these Air Fried Veggies as snacks is rare n we ate it more for taste. Still we can reduce the Temperature and time to avoid them getting dry.

I am using Air Fryer from last 5 year on regular basis. None of my family members ever complained about such an issue. I may not but my wife and my son are highly sensitive n have great senses to smell, even they never mentioned any such smell. Some people even say Air Fryer changed their shape as plastic parts melt down. I just can laugh on it because I have 4 Air fryer of different brands n all are in perfect shape.

It's quite obvious when we Grill Or Roast anything. Vegetables would get some crispy only when we Grill, Roast or Deep Fry them to reduce the moisture they possess.
