I know this is older but i recently bought another 04 ram 2500 and the 48re in it has markings that it was rebuilt literally a month before i bought the truck and it had the hest exchanger go bad on the previous owner and so i bought the teuvk and flushed the coolant system and the trans loop and i replaced the hest exchanger but the teuck would never go into 1st or 2nd and it feels like its starting out in drive? Im thinking governor pressure solenoid and transducer but figured since im rewatching old videos and you know your shit when it comes to these trannys id ask for your input before i change the governor pressure solenoid and transducer and it doesnt work and i pull it.. if i pull it im just taking it apart and refreshing the whole thing but if i dont need to blow the money then I'd prefer not to so I can buy more engine parts lol❤❤❤😂
I’m losing line pressure somewhere running a fmvb and basically your diy 1000hp kit but I used Teflon rings on the stator instead of metal I have every gear but it won’t shift until 3k into second if I have it locked it will release the lockup and drop me back to first if I let the rpms fall down could it be those rings? I’m not new to these but I burnt up directs before this build and I recluched it now this
