Good advice, I remember viewing my current home before I bought it and the smell of then owners dog hit me as I stpeped in. It took a long time for the the smell to go even after my builders removed the carpet when I had it refubished before I moved in. What you said about showering reminds me of what a former colleague said of teenage son. A former colleague used to wear too much cologne.

I think 5 sprays is a-little extra personally unless it’s a weak scent. 2-3 spray of a quality cologne is perfect. Cologne is meant to be discovered by those getting close or next to you it’s not an announcement to everyone around you.
Hey Alex! Love the video, but I believe for cologne you should spray the top of the clothes like the collar or the lapel and not your skin because it changes the notes of the fragrance.
I wear antiperspirant deodorant for bedtime in wear stronger deodorant during the day i also do 2 sprays on side neck behind neck 1 or each ear in 2 on my shoulders
regarding how your car smells, the most AMAZING car scent ever is Monterey Vanilla by California Scents, it smells so good I put one in my bathroom as well lmao as for fragrances, forget playing hit or miss with overpowering compositions, go with pure iso e super instead, so something like Molecule 01 by Escentric Molecules. you can’t overspray it, it smells quite different on everyone, it’s very distinct but inoffensive, and some people can’t even smell it at all, while some can detect it across the room
Have you guys hear about this? Exposure to phthalates could cause decreased male fertility, reproductive abnormalities, and decreased production of testosterone in males. Phthalates are in perfumes, Kinobody talks about it and its of the reason why he doesn't use perfumes. I have a big collection and trying to spray directly on skin, mostly on clothes
I don't use deodorant but I use pure alcohol on my armpits and neck. It says on the package that it's safe unless your skin gets irritated and it smells nice and actually cleans the spot so it works for me

When it comes to cologne, it doesn’t need to be super expensive because most fragrances smell good to majority of people. Cheap one I suggest is Nautica Voyage

I'm experiencing difficulties with how much cologne I should use. I have several colognes and some of them have a stronger projection and last longer than others. I don't dare to spray to much, but on the other hand I don't wan't to spray to less.
just one more thing on your list should be "Detox". your body will not smell good as long as there is rotting material in your gut !! People who went on Raw plant food diet dropped using any "Cosmetic" product to smell good. if your gut is clean even your sweat will not smell bad. People who are constipated will smell bad because the rotting material is sending toxins to your blood stream. If your gut is clean you will not find any kind of coating on your tongue. that helps with eliminating bad breath too. 1 include more Raw plant based food in your diet 2. Drink lots of fluids to help flush out the toxins. Drink atleast 2 to 3 glasses of warm to hot water every day. 3. if possible fast for atleast 8 to 10 hours a day or even better will be to fast for an entire day once every week. 4. ofcourse brush your teeth before a date but to make it better chew on a small piece of star anise. Just take a single petal and chew on it.The oils of star Anise is both anti bacterial and it leaves a very pleasant smelling breath. and it is edible. you dont have to spit it out. A lot of deodorants and perfumes might be carrying carcinogens. some even have harmful metallic toxins that can actually damage your skin or effect fertility. It is best to use natural fragrances. a very very simple way to make your own fragrance is to simply take 100 ml water. boil it and let it cool completely. add a few drops of your favourite essential oil in this water. pour it in a spray bottle and use it after shower. Ive done mine with 50 ml water, 50 ml rose water, few drops of glycerine and a few drops of tea tree essential oil. Not only does this smell good but glycerin and tea tree oil keeps your skin good. No alcohol No carcinogens. For men if you like woody fragrances you do get Agar wood essential oil. Smells heavenly.
That part of not washing the lower body is true. I just discovered this with my little brother. His knees were dirty and I asked him why and he told me he doesn’t wash his lower body. Wtf lol
