Thank you Kabayan sa very informative na video nyo. Mayroon lang po akon sanang i clarify. I am just wondering about what you said "We can't apply for a Jpn visa directly to Jpn Embassy, instead we have to go through to any designated VFS, however, the Jpn Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has advised me to apply it at Jpn Embassy in Bangkok. BTW, I have been working here in Pattani, Thailand since 2023 but I am currently having an espouse visa with my Malaysian wife and we plan to visit Japan by March this year. However, as you have mentioned one of the requirements for JPN visa is a Bank Statement and at the moment my available bank statement is based in Thailand bank. Unfortunately, it was rejected by the Jpn embassy in Kuala Lumpur. Usually, based on your experience after you have complied with all the requirements for a JPN visa application at VFS, how long is the usual waiting time before we can finally get the visa application result. 1. Yes, we can't apply directly sa JPN Embassy and submission of JPN visas thru their partner agency which is VFS. 2. Better to clarify in VFS what are requirements since you are Non-O visa under your Malaysian Wife. 3. You shouldn't submit your JPN visa application in KL, Malaysia since you are not resident there that's why they rejected your application. 4. You need to wait 2 to 5 business days upon submission of your application.

May I ask po if may idea kayo about sa (1) letter of invitation if mag v-visit sa friends, then dun mag stay sa kanilang bahay, no need na ba mag show ng hotel booking? (2) does it mean na cla nag invite, need din nila mag sponsor? Thank you and more blessings!

Hello po. As much as I would give you ideas about your situation, pero I don't have any idea about sa visa application if under ng sponsorship. You better contact VFS or Embassy po for precise and accurate information po since I only applied for tourist visa without any sponsor.

hello! thank you for this video! re-entry permit we usually obtain sa airport before flying out... but since we are applying Japan visa... that means we have to apply in advance and have it in our passport right? so need pala to visit Cheangwattana? (also not needed ng mga marriage certificates and baptismal right?)

Hi Sam! I just saw your comment. I hope my reply ain't too late for your visa application. You have to secure your re entry prior ka po mag apply ng visa sa VFS. Go to Chaengwattana Immigration and secure your re-entry po. If solo ka naman po mag apply ng visa, no need to submit po ng marriage cert and baptismal. However, if family po kayo, I think they will ask for proof of relationship ng mga kasama mo po mag apply.

Hi Vanesa! Yeah. Ideally at least 1 to 2 months prior ng intended travel date mo saka ka mag apply ng JP tourist visa mo.

No need po mag set ng appointment. Just go there from M-F po. Make sure na complete ang mga requirements na isusubmit mo po. Better to give them a ring before ka pumunta para sa mas updated na requirements po.

Hi mimah. I'm not sure lang kung pwede yung ganyang ka short notice. Pero you can give it a try. Pwede naman mag reapply after 6 months if ever hindi ka pagbigyan.

Hello. Pwede naman na may representative ka if hindi ka present mag submit ng application mo. However, may form ka na need fill-upan. Better to ask VFS kung ano ang mga requirements mo na need and sa part ng representative mo na mag susubmit.

Hello. No need mag file ng approved leave dahil summer break naman ang target travel date mo. Goodluck po sa pag apply ng Japan Tourist Visa.

Hi Aliah. I hope nakapag apply ka na ng Japan Tourist Visa mo. My bad sa late reply sa comment mo. Ito yung address ng VFS sa Bangkok where I submitted my application po. 910, Unit #, One PACIFIC PLACE 9th FL, 140 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand

Thank you for the detailed information...I just would like to ask two more questions,: 1. Need pa po ba ipa authenticate yung Certificate of Employment sa Philippine Embassy in Bangkok?....... Further, May nabasa ako na pwede na mag apply ng eVisa ang mga Philippine Passport Holders from the Philippines . 2.Applicable din po ba to sa mga Philippine Passport holders from Thailand or need talaga mag apply in person sa VFS Office in Bangkok?

Hi Roselyn 1. No need po. Just bring your original certificate of employment along with your other documents po. But make sure po na stamp ng school and signature ng school director mo po aside sa start date, position and compensation details po. I have no idea po sa eVisa ng mga PH passport holders. AFAIK, South Korea po ang pwede tayo mag apply ng eVisa. 2. Personal appearance po ang need para sa JP tourist visa if VFS office in Bangkok. If hindi ka po available, you can sign and fill out ng authorization form na ipapadala mo sa representative mo po.

hello po mga ilang months Validity ng single entry? kasi We will be having an educational school to Japan with my school in May. Pro plan ko sana kukuha ng visa this Feb. kasi uuwi ako Pinas sa March for three weeks.

Hi Agi. Valid for 3 months ang visa if naapproved from the date na naissue. Allowed to stay in Japan naman for 15 days if single entry ang nabigay sa'yo.

Hello there! Re-entry and visa lang needed ng immigration. While sa check-in counter naman ay return ticket po hinahanap nila and visa.
