You’ve forgotten that flat earthers have lying, ignorance, and vagueness on their side, which globe earthers don’t have. You can’t possible beat a flat earther in an argument because they can change anything to be anything. The only limit is their imagination.
Tbh I feel like letting them believe what they want is the best way to deal with them because eventually they’ll realize how ridiculous they are because making a big deal about it and trying to prove them wrong is sorta like confirming their “conspiracy” theory
I think a big issue right now, and the reason these conspiracy theories are gaining popularity, is that people aren't taught why the world is how it is. We're just told it is what it is. At that point it becomes easy to convince people of something which normally would seem absurd (flat earth/denying climate change) because if you provide someone a "proof" they can witness in the real world they have no counter argument. I hope that this video can give people a few counter arguments so if a friend tries to convince them of a conspiracy theory they can separate the facts from fiction! (I do agree conspiracy theories are getting too much air time though which in a lot of cases is legitimising them, but I hope this video is a little different!)
Hello Sam, once again a great, interesting and informative video, i hope that people may understand more about the Earth's Atmosphere and creation. Thanks for this, keep it up. Cheers Peter
haha, thank you! This is probably the video I'm proudest of and I really want to come back to it and do more like it about other conspiracy theories... One day I'll get around to it!
Im willing to leave flat earth if anyone can give me a proof that the sunlight is parallel. A proof I can realize with my own senses. It should be easy or not.
Im willing to leave round earth if anyone gives me proof that the sunlight is not parallel. A proof i can realize with my own senses. It should be easy or not.
Anyways the Sun's rays really are parallel, but unless they're coming in perpendicular to you, they won't appear to be so. That's simply what it looks like when you view parallel lines as they recede away from you, now ill be happy to hear your side of the story 🤔, i hope i dont get insulted 🙄
@@Lordjeaser If you look at the sun and the clouds you will see a distinct locality or radial light. Recognize that you never will see light coming trough the clouds as a spotlight for instance 1 km and in line with you and the hole in the clouds say 10 km away seeing the exact same angel of the spotlight. Never, and why? The light will only come through the clouds very near to where the sun is visible, as a radial light, never as a kind of spotlight.
@@riveravon5296 honestly, not trying to be rude, but i cant say i didnt saw this coming, i dont really care if its flat or not flat even tho i know for a fact it is not, but my point, is that i gave you an straight answer and you went straight into the "you cant prove it" just because you understood 0 of what i said, therefore went straight into making a conclusion that makes no sense whatsoever, and yes i get what you said dont get me wrong, but the explanation you gave is totally illogical, but hey, its cool, everyone has the right to believe in whatever they want, so lets not stress over it 🤷
What's funny to me are all these flat earth trolls who are not incorrect. The earth is not a sphere and is pulled by centrifugal force. Given enough of this spin, who knows how flat we'd actually get. But, just let me enjoy my round trip across the planet with my popcorn. Good times.
