Do you need an appointment for Picotin and Evelyn? I’m hoping to get these bags first to gain purchase history in Paris then ask for a appt for a Birkin or Kelly.
In most cases, yes, for any leather bags you need to go through the appointment system. Sometimes, if it’s less busy, they might let you meet with a leather sa if one is available.

not for SLGs, but yes, for bags, they require an appointment, mostly through the online system, but as I mentioned in my video, we were able to ask for an appointment in person since we weren't able to get it through the online system
Yes, certainly from other departments, I wanted twillys and the SA helped me pick some out. If you’re thinking about other bags, I think you can ask too, so like a lindy or a picotin. I’ve heard that if you ask for another quota bag (ex: Constance) they may say, just one per appointment, so it never hurts to ask!
Very nice story to listen to. It's like an Hermes Honeymoon! I was in Tokyo Ginza several years ago and was offered to see a Birkin 50 (I believe) in black. Didn't ask to see one, which was kind of surprising because I'm a guy. It was $30,000+, which was quite shocking for a duffel bag usage of that size. One last thing. THIS is the only place in the world that I know that sales associates can act like a total jackass and customers still have to kiss up to them. lol.
