Put 3 of the pieces together to form a corner piece in one hand and make the same setup on the other hand. Then you can "screw" them together to make the star.
This is without a doubt the best one there is. People think if they can do it, they can film it. As a teacher, I can categorically state the method (you demonstrate) of holding it, presenting it to the screen, without twisting it quickly, is the best. Thank you! The other 5 on YT don’t work easily. They either yack too much, rotate the piece too speedily or unintentionally push the whole thing across the screen. ✅✅✅
@@jkoeberlein1 I find that making sure it's in the palm of your hand helps so you use your index and middle fingers to _gently_ pry the top pieces apart & then SLIP in that final (annoying) piece. Holding the whole thing firmly in the palm means the underneath piece (which mimics the 6th piece) stays really firm and the rest doesn't fall apart under?
KidPersepolis Gotta look at the side pieces....they have to run parallel and each from left to right....so you only have one close to you and the other on the outside by your dingers.....that allowus it to open more....then the sixth piece goes in balanced lenght ways but tilted side ways. Read this a few times and look at the video again. I hope that helps!
Found my 30 year old puzzle at the bottom of a box unassembled. Thanks for the reminder. By the way, this works fine. My puzzle was a bit tight but it just took a little determination. Thanks!
Thanks for this tutorial, I just got this puzzle set for Christmas and I have looked at many videos of how to do it, but yours is the only one where I have ever achieved it. Great video!
i seriously regret pulling mine apart. i miss the satisfaction of holding a little wooden star but now thanks to my dumb curiosity all hope is lost and no matter what tutorials i watch i can never piece them together.
Thank you soooooooooo much! Last night for easter i got one of those becouse my sister is sort of allergict we only Got a bit of chocalate so i got that soooo thanks
I started doing this puzzle at 11:00 p.m. and then I found this method at about 12:00 a.m. I just now finished it and it’s 1:40 a.m. I’m tired. Thank you and good night
So I pulled mine out of the plastic. Cus I saw a cute craft idea to turn it into decor. It fell apart and now I'm looking up these videos to fix it LMAO
@@heliflyer7 thanks for the vid! Took a few tries but I got it in. Got mine from the dollar tree so I cant be sure if I put some dents into it to get it in but I got it in haha.
Unfortunately my is still in pieces in a box, it’s been a month and I do not have the patience on attempting to put it back together. I still have PTSD from last time.
Mine is more cube shaped, and the final piece is too big and the angles do not allow it to slide in that way. Two different people came into my office and solved it within minutes.
Sold at Dollar Tree now for Holiday gift ideas. I came here to decide to open or put in Grand nieces and nephews grab bag. Not my thing. I'll put in their bag like new in undisturbed plastic wrap casing.
I've become aware of that. I've also been told that mine is not the correct answer, however, it did work for me. I've not purposely meant to mislead anyone. Thank you for your comment.
THANK YOU!!!!! MY ROOMMATE TRIED FOR A WEEK TO DO IT AND THE PUZZLE IS AS BIG AS HER HAND AND THANKS TO YOUR VIDEO SHE DID IT!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! XD!!!!!!
No, it works only at the time you begin to understand that the pieces are NOT all the same ! Then you have to try a solution, ican't remember exactly what but the fact is the pieces are all slightly different.
This only works if yours is loosely made or has been forcibly put together. Mine is very tight so this won’t work. I could barely even get it apart in the first place. I don’t think this is actually the correct way to do it
Sorry, but it was given to me as a gift. You can get them here, however: www.brilliantpuzzles.com/Star---Wooden-Brain-Teaser-Puzzle_p_131.html?gclid=Cj0KEQiA37CnBRChp7e-pM2Mzp0BEiQAlSxQCODi5J1QkzNZy3k9HI4IysNJAeML_7GowWCcdAc8G0MaArKp8P8HAQ
I received one as a gift that is extremely tight. it came in a 4 pack with 3 other wooden block puzzles. I did eventually manage to get it apart somehow, but now the pieces don't have enough give to get it back together. if the puzzle is tight, it's essentially broken.
