I don't understand why there is a circular section sticking out at the bottom of the foot. It seems like the foot should sit flush on the floor, but that little circular part sticking out means the sofa is only resting all the pressure on those. I was wondering if that circular section was supposed to fit into some kind of rubber pad that would make it all sit flush on the floor and also give it some movement resistance?
@@bradfordjstallworth1893 Sorry about that. Next time. He doesn't remember which size he used. He just matched it up to the screw by putting the different sizes in to see which one fit best. Not very specific but it worked...
So you used a power drill and drill bit to make hole in the sofa. When did you fit a screw in it? That part is not clear. Both the actions seem to be happening simultaneously. Or, are you using drill bit to actually hold the screw head and using the screw itself to screw it in with the help of power drill?
The holes already exist in the leg. Then we drilled the screw into the sofa using the drill drill. The screw pierced the sofa on it's own with the help of the power drill.
