Yes, delivery can be a pain, I got the first two boxes on time and the third was supposedly "lost in transit" 😱 and I couldn't investigate it! Fortunately, three days later when UPS came to pick it up as a return Amazon helped me schedule, they had my third box to deliver! However, the instructions are very vague and there were a lot of complaints about building so I made a last minute, short video on what worked for me.

@@DanielRodriguez-eh1qd hey! the couch is totally worth it! has its pros and cons depending on the person. just check the measurements and see if its to your like as far as how high you like the back pillows to be and how long you like the chaise to be! it is pretty big so I'd measure that out in the room too!

I do recommend it! I never thought I would find a sectional under 1,000 dollars that would be nice! I thought it was rather firm but my family and friends have all been accidentally falling asleep on it so I would definitely invest in something to clean peoples drool 😂😂😂 the chaises are said to be short for the tall people but the length is the exact length it advertised so nothing that was the companies fault. The back is not tall but again, the measurement is accurate. I have seen one photo of this couch on the Facebook marketplace after someone had it for five years and the back pillows looked a lot ...sadder? if that makes sense! but again, for the price, style and size, its amazing! well worth it!

i ordered that item Amazon gave me my money back said the seller was running a scam and that they was shipping the item through the post office it was to many items to ship by post office ..
