each leg sold separately. Some add cabinet like Alex on one side - www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/alex-drawer-unit-drop-file-storage-white-50508176/ in this case you'll need only 2 legs

Can I diassemble with manual (non electric) screwdrivers? I know I need electric for the first assembly, but im thinking about buying second hand with the feet already in place. Can I get away with manual screwdrivers? Thanks

you sure can. Electric makes everything easier and faster totally not required when assembling IKEA

with the holes. It is a nice feature when you buy furniture in Ikea. Everything is predrilled and ready for screws

It depends on the tv size or table size I dont know what you mean by 50 inch
