Hello, thank you very much for your videos. Last night I bought your templates but I have had a problem using them because they were sent to a Kindle account and I really don't know how to work there to be able to edit them and put my information in. If you have another way for me to receive them, I would appreciate it.
I really hope your videos blow up and you get paid for this amazing content. You have been a lifesaver to me filling out these forms. I hope you and your husband have the best life!!
This is a very good video. You don't beat around the bush and get straight to the point, which I absolutely loved. Thanks for the video, it helped me quite a lot!
Entering the US in August, our wedding is September. This video helps sooo much on getting everything ready and set up, that way it’s just putting documents together and shipping it after the wedding!!
@@SurajandYasmin thank you! Just bought your templates! Feels like a lot less work to do, specially while organising a wedding across the ocean lol. Hope you and your partner have an amazing life ahead
@@txell13 Omg I really hope it helps you in the process! After sending in our application we heard back within 4 days! Good luck with your wedding & application! It's such a relief once its all planned & done :)
Hello there, thank you so much for sharing all your K1Visa Journey, yours is the most precise and easy to follow process. I wish you and your hubby the best of everything. My fiance's case is already sent to the US Embassy, hopefully we wont wait for long.
Your videos have helped me and my Fiancé of 6 years so much, we had no idea of where to start but thanks to your videos our initial application got accepted and we have our NOA2! now we are in the “NVC” starting area❤️
@@SurajandYasmina quick update, we are now at the “ready” phase! Got the medial exam booked, police records, and everything before the big interview we decided to book in September! ❤️, things are moving allot faster than we thought lol
all I can say is that you are AMAZING. and super super superrrrrrrrrrrrr helpful.... following your steps and recommendations there is no way you could go wrong with anything with applications! thanks again. I hope your account blows up one day soon!
Thank you for all of this. I got married this month. My fiancé entered US last month. This amout of forms is absolutely absurd. But thank you for all of this
Hey guys thanks for this video. I'm the guy you met at costco. Me and my now wife (got married Sept 20th) are now ready for this next step of getting the i485 filed. Your video has super informative and si well organized !
Yasmín and Suraj thank you so much!!!!!!!! For your time into these videos and helping all of us out. Your videos have truly helped my husband and I so much.
Entered in August and we’ll get married in September! Preparing the documents for AOS right now and you’ve helped us so so much! Incredible video and I hope your videos go viral! Thank you so much!
Hello there, thank you so much. We passed our embassy interview, and im waiting for my fiancé visa arrival. Your video has helped us a lot on the document preparation before the interview. Many blessings
I can't thank you all enough for the amount of information your channel has. My fiancé got her visa yesterday and very soon will be on the way here next month or September. Then we can start the AOS process.
OMG what an amazing soul helper . everything is clear and understandable . Thank you so much , i recommend this video to everyone going trough the same process .
Wonderfully put together video. So informative and very useful. Page 4 Question 2 - you have checked the NO option. Would you be able to explain this please? Many thanks
Hi! I love your videos and I have 3 questions... 1. How long do you have to wait after the wedding to send these documents for the adjustment of status? - How early before the wedding did you start to fill out these forms? 2. How long did it take the beneficiary to obtain his work authorization? 3. After you get the visa approved at the interview, is there a limit of days from when i get my passport back until you have travel to the US on the visa? Like do i have to book my trip within 1 month for example?
Thank you so much for this. It helped me a lot. It saved me from so much stress filling up the forms and the documents and fees needed. You are the best ❤
I just watched this amazing video explained very well by this Amazing woman at least 3 time bez im gonna do AOS for my wife tomorrow on the weekend ❤ keep going please
We mentioned our arrival to the US in this video... it was honestly very easy and nothing was really asked ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-q0HcgXHUeDU.htmlsi=0NRgyYM-EsQnN21S
This video is perfect and contains so much valuable information! Thank you very much! Only one part confused me about the forms i765 and i485. If your spouse already has an SSN and the SSA already mailed it, why did you check YES on the following items? 14. Do you want the SSA to issue you a Social Security card? (You must also answer “Yes” to Item Number 15., Consent for Disclosure, to receive a card.) 15. Consent for Disclosure: I authorize disclosure of information from this application to the SSA as required for the purpose of assigning me an SSN and issuing me a Social Security card. I think the item 14 needs to have "NO". Thanks again!
Thank you for making this video! I have been watching your video since we started our K-1 journey... my now husband is now here in Alaska with me. we got married oct 5th and we are following this video and your guideline for his AOS. :) Just know that you are the best and thank you so much!!!! question :) For the copy of marriage certificate that we need to submit to USCIS, Is it a photocopy? or the original copy? When i photocopy ours It says "VOID" everywhere!
USCIS won’t accept photocopied certificate also Do not submit the original copy because they won’t return it to you, instead go to where you applied for your marriage license and request for certified copies of your marriage certificate it’s $9 depending on your state. 3 to 4 certified copies depending with your submission
This is very helpful to us, thank you so much for sharing this informative videos, Now I'm still waiting the welcome letter from NVC, I just notified last June 28 that my paperwork was submitted to department of state, it's been 12 days now. I hope we can recieve very soon the welcome letter ❤️
Thank you so much! ❤ I wish I had the vaccination records handed out to me. Really afraid to get a RFE. Even with having a medical exam back in Germany and paying 500€ and already having all needed vaccinations because I did this before even going to the medical exam, I probably have to get another one in the US…I‘m happy for everyone that got this form handed out to because obviously the Germans are not able to read what it says in the I-693 that you should hand in a copy to the applicant 🤷🏻♀️ hopefully I can find somebody that only updates the vaccination records without doing a whole exam again.
Hey don't worry if you get an RFE... I researched so many issues with the medical & USCIS. USCIS will let you know if you need to re-do the medical.. but hopefully we'll post a video on the medical soon :)
This is incredibly helpful as I'm beginning to file, thank you! Just wondering for Part 2 Number 4, what is the "Priority Date" for the NOA1 or NOA2? I can't seem to find that on the documents themselves/don't know if I should fill that section out. Thanks!
Thank you so much for all the research, time and effort you put into these videos! I am days away from my embassy interview and you've made the process way easier ☺ If you don't mind me asking, how long did you guys wait after your Fiancé arrived to the US before getting the Social Security Card? I don't know if I should wait till we get married and then get it (because I will be changing my last name), or before the wedding and then getting a new SSC?
Hello again! One week submitting all the forms an appointment for the biometrics was arranged! I am very excited! Did you guys went to your biometrics appointment? Is everything going smooth? I really hope so. We are very optimist and we hope we will have our interview waived. I wish you all the best!
Yay! 🎉 yes we went to the biometrics appointment and it was really easy. They just take your fingerprints and photo :) This is the photo they'll use for your card :)
Thank you so much for all you do! Your videos are amazing and have helped me bring over my fiancé with ease. You're a gem I had a couple questions: Do we need to submit a copy of a divorce certificate from a previous marriage? Can we pay with money orders for this process? Are you able to explain the medical examination process in detail, considering we didn't get the DS 3025?
Thank you!! I would submit a copy of the divorce certificate just to be thorough... (although I'm not entirely sure as it doesn't apply to us) You may or may not have a copy of the DS-3025 but it could have been with the paperwork you gave when coming to the USA. However once you submit your AOS paperwork... USCIS will let you know if anything is missing or if they'd like you to retake the medical.
I’m going through the same process (UK, London to USA) and recently arrived in the US. Me and my partner just got married so we’re moving into this step, but the social security website says an SSN cannot be acquired without permission to work? Which application or forms did you use when pulling out an SSN for your partner? Also, congrats! Been watching your videos throughout the whole journey (since we’re from the same places) and I’m glad it worked out for you guys🥰
FINALLY!! Ive been following you guys and now I am in US too! THANK YOU SO MUCH. question, does it really need to be a check or can we use credit card payment?? THANK YOU
YAY!! 🥳 congratulations 🇺🇸!! We used a check because there's less chance of it getting rejected from our research - so it was a personal preference and how we did it. But USCIS accept card payments so you can pay by card if you'd like to :)
Hello guys, thank you for sharing these helpful tips. It really helps a lot. Could you please help out in answering few questions of mine ? 1) I am using a co-sponsor. Do I need to get two forms I-864 separately from my fiancee and co-sponsor ? 2) In your video, you guys used the passport information from the Visa page instead of passport itself. for example you put expiry date of passport as expiry date of the visa in your form ? I am bit confused because my passport expiry date is different than the visa page. 3) How long does it take to receive I-94 ? I have not received my I-94 yet and I entered USA one week ago.
Thank you for such a detailed video! I watched one on I-134 and it helped me a lot! A question to anyone who’s changing them last names: do you file your Adjustment of status with your new name or the old one and change it later?
Thank you for this very helpful video. I didn't see the overall cover letter when you assembled everything. May i know if it should be place before the form i-485 title page? Thank you so much
Hye, Thank-you very much for such amazing videos and absolutely informative content.I have a question, After submission of all these documents how much time does it take, because the visa expiration is of 5 month?
After you submit these documents you can stay in the USA as long as you want because it's USCIS processing your case. It doesn't matter if you're K1 visa expires :)
Question: How long did it take for your I-131 and I-485 to get approved? A real-life example would be really helpful. Thanks in advance! Also, thank you so much for this detailed guide! It’s incredibly helpful as my fiancé and I are navigating the K1 visa process ourselves. I followed everything you did for the I-129, and it was perfect! We just got our I-129 approved, and I’m trying to plan more long-term for the Adjustment of Status step around the conflicting wait times.
thank you for the helpful videos it really made mt day watching them, i js have one question tho is the I-864 mandatory or could i js apply for I-485 and get my application approved without filling the I-864 ?
Hello SurajandYasmin, thanks for sharing this very informative video. It has been very helpful for my wife and I for our Adjustment of Status filing. However, I’m curious as to why you guys did not complete form I-693 (I.e. Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Records). Can you guys be kind enough to provide some context? It would be greatly appreciated and considered. Thanks
Hey! Your videos have bees super helpful, I’m so glad I found you. I’m at the step where my file is at the embassy and I’m not sure if we need to upload documents to CEAC or just compile the visa packet for my finance to take to the interview?
Thank you Thank you Thank you... Your video is Amazing and has helped us so much.. Could you pls tell me how long it took for you to receive your employment and temporary travel documents?
Thanks so much for your help, your videos are super helpful and informative 🤓, one question me and my wife are going over is “at what point is it too late to send the package during the 90 days?” I hope our journey comes as smooth as yours!!!
Thank you so much! All I'd suggest is send it out as soon as possible. Having a green card makes life a lot easier in the US rather than living as someone waiting for their status to be adjusted :)
I purchased the templates....so worth it! Quick question......do you need to file I-131 or will waiting for your green card suffice in the long run? We want to avoid unnecessary expenditures. Thank you!
Yay! Thank you!! You don't need to apply for the I-131.. it's just optional.. if you don't intent to leave the USA until you get your Green Card then you can save money by not applying :)
On form I-864, part 2, info about principal immigrant, should I put my wife's name before or after we got married? We changed her last name once we got married last week. I really appreciate your video and all the help you have given us. Thank you so much !
I'm not too sure that it matters as you're proving your marriage with your marriage certificate within the forms... however, I, the petitioner used my maiden name on the forms after marriage :)
To repeat someone elses question in the comments. On question about the social , if you have already received a social why should you answer “yes “ for them to send you another one if you have one? Thanks for the video. Also, you say use married name, but if we haven't gone to social security to change it yet, maybe the beneficiary should use maiden name?
We went to our local SSA office and she was refused a Social Security number. "You have to already have work authorization in order to obtain a Social Security number" we were told.
Hi your videos have been an absolute life saver for me! I notice a lot of the forms have a question of USCIS Online account number. I notice you have it colour blocked out (so assuming you entered data into there) - I don’t think I got one for I-129F. How do you get one?
Thank you so much for the explanations! I got into the USA with my K1 visa and we got married! We're preparing our package but I've got a question. I didn't finish my the vaccionations. The doctor said it's only mandatory to have the covid ones and the rest can be completed in the USA. You submitted a letter stating your spouse didn't need another medical, but in my case I should finish them here. Should I state that I require another medical or I can skip sending the letter altogether and wait for them to schedule one for me?
Yes.. you can get the rest of the vaccinations done here. You need to visit an approved USCIS civil surgeon and submit the I-693 form along with your AOS application :)
For expiration date for question 20 (8:08 video time stamp) you said passport but the image is showing the visa? Is it the passport or the visa expiration date?
Your videos have helped so much even the templates you have online that I purchased , kinda struggling right now :( wondered if you’d have some kinda of answer to help us , So we were doing the forms and getting all the copies and papers til we got to the marriage certified copies & i guess we can’t get the copies til we get the marriage certificate in the mail ? Which apparently takes two months but around the time the visa will be expired since they only give 90 days to do the visa correct ? :( do know if if there’s anything else we can do can we send the customer copy ? Instead or it really has to be the certified marriage certificate copy :(
I believe you can just use a copy of the marriage certificate... I researched that some people did and they were approved... in our case we just wanted to be thorough & fortunately for us our marriage certificate (certified copies) were given to us immediately (in Florida at least)
Hi sister i watch every video of yours .And I submitted I-129f as per your suggestion. I received the Nov 1 on February 28th 2024 .Do you have any idea when our approval will be done?
Hi! I would like to know something important for me, please. What does someone do when AOS is pending and you have reached 90 days in the USA? Thanks 🙏
I finished my AOS file with your guide and you made everything clear and easy. One question tho, I didn't put my name & A-number on some pages such as supporting docs. Can we handwrite it instead of reprinting?
