I find on the pants that i wear (carhart double knees) have material folded over and sewn i stick my clips under the stitching and i grips on to the lip between the extra material and the sewing
HELP! My pants were always falling down with a belt and now that I bought suspenders they are always falling down also. I can't seem to keep the clips attached no matter what I do especially the single one on the back. Whenever I bend down they come off. Are they just cheap or am I doing something wrong?
I know this comment is 2 years old, but I just started wearing suspenders and wanted to make a comment on this. I have linen, non-stretchy suspenders (bought them for health+comfort reasons). While I'm new to wearing them, I can tell right away that there are some pitfalls that many people will experience. When you're bending over, bend at your hips and keep your back straight. Do not "C posture" your back, do not bend at your waist. This is a change I also made for health reasons and had a very positive impact on me. While it could be that you were just wearing lower quality suspenders, I also feel that the position you bend in will affect whether or not they stay. C posture pushes them out at your back, so keep straight (it seriously feels a lot better once you convert to this, assuming you don't already, since most people I know don't do it this way) xx
Hi Romeo, what do you mean by "hook type" holders? If they are Trigger Snaps, they attach to the belt loops. If they are Belt Clip, they attach to a belt. Please check out both types on the website.
can you make a video showing how to put them on without external help... my friend ask me every day to lift them from the back and put them on his shoulders so that he can attach them... if I am not there... he does not wear them!!! I want him to be independent.
Hi! Sorry for the delay. Sometimes those are a little stiff at first. Put two fingers from each hand on the back side, your thumbs on the front and push together. Pull the straps apart to open them. Do it a few times and they should loosen up. Please call if you need more help - 800-393-4508.
