I'm currently in a very similar place as you were 10 years ago. I live alone in a foreign country and a lot of friends I had here have moved away. I also got broken up with a month ago. I have a lot of time alone now. I've been using this time in the way you describe. I know myself so much better, I've been journalling a lot. I learned a lot from my last relationship and so I've been reflecting on that too. I'm also now starting my own online business. I'm very comfortable being by myself and so now that I have a solid foundation I'm ready to meet my manz.

Lucie what to do when nothing is working. I'm tired of visualizing and affirming everyday for months and not see a single change. In the beginning I was a very positive person now I've turned into someone who feels so low. I don't know what is wrong and I don't have any money for coaching. Hey Lucie, I hope your day is going well. I have a question regarding the subliminal audio I'm working on in Audacity. After applying the subliminal.ny script to encode my affirmations at 16,000 Hz over a 44,100 Hz sample rate, I can hear a pulsating high-frequency whistle sound as Steve mentioned that some people will hear it. Can I reduce the volume level of this high-frequency tone to around -16 to -20 dB so that I don't hear that pulsating frequency, allowing my background music track to be the predominant audio heard? At -20 db, I can hear it but I can't hear it at -36 db. Would -36 db be ideal?

You could also add some meditation music to blend in with it 😊
