Correct. Meta just removed it from us in the Spring.

There is no drop down menu that allows me to post from my business page, it is still a read only section. Did facebook disallow posting real estate from business pages again?

Unfortunately Facebook now bans us Realtors from posting on marketplace from business page. They want to have us pay to play… you can now post real estate from personal FB but no automaton with Chatbot

Facebook took this away again. They only allow us to post from our Personal page. no longer from business page

Very informative video, I hope you will add more videos like this, But I am facing an issue I can not change my Persoanl profile to the business page, as you did in the video. Hussain. Your Personal FB and business page are separate. You should have a Profile Pic and Banner representing your business

@@Gromakovskiy Vlad. FB is slowly rolling out access again. But with their latest announcement of removing permanently, does not surprise me. If you pay for Ads, you will get access.

You can use ManyChat Keywords. For the Marketplace, I use these keywords ... 'contains' facebook, property, available

I am having an issue setting up my manychat. I have the business page set up, however I am unable to get the auto responder working for marketplace, it only works for facebook messenger

Hey Marc. The love-hate relationship with Facebook continues. Over the last weeks, they again removed the ability fo us to post on the Marketplace from our Business pages. I spoke to one of their experts and they were perplexed why. They said it should up fixed over the next month.. holding my breath. The Chatbot will only respond to inquires on your business page messenger. Fingers croiss. Just double dowed on Craigslist for now and FB/IG Ads

FB is changing rules again. And effective Feb 1 2023, MP is removed for all of us. It is not a Pay to play. I advertising on FB/IG so they allow me to post of MP from my business page

Hi Carlos. Facebook has several criteria to open up the Markerplace on busniness pages. First, seasoning. The page needs some time to grow, have followers, engagements. Second, they open for those that pay to play. Are you running any Ads?

@@nesbertchibvuri7565 Facebook is slowing rolling out the removal of MP for Business Pages.... I too just lost ability this week. I just uploaded a home on my personal MP. I create a copy/paste response that directs the person, with a ManyChat RefURL to head over to my business page where the BOT responds. Not ideal but working.

I need help from my Tech Facebook Peeps. I am trying to set up an Auto Respond from my Facebook Marketplace Inquiries by using my Facebook business page. Here's the problem, I have a couple of business pages. but the FB biz page I like to use is not showing. It shows an old FB business page. How can that be fixed?

Hi Gigi. Are you using your FB App on your phone? I find that best. Are you saying the MP Dropdown only shows your personal acct and old business page? it may be the new page is newer and FB has not granted MP access yet. I have seen that before. I created 5 new FB Business pages and focused on gaining engagement .. then FB opened up MP.

Have you tried from your phone. Open FB app, at bottom Marketplace … should have dropdown at top where your name is to select your business page. MP has been on again off again. If you do not see, may not be available in Canada

@@SmartyProEdgeMarketing This was exactly what I was looking for! I spent hours to set up my business page to figure how to post on market place through my business page. Regardless what I did, no drop down menu appeared for me to switch to my business page to post on market place to integrate the ManyChat functionality. I'm terribly disappointed! Is this feature only available in the USA? I am also in Canada.

@@victorho5590 Hey Victor. The Love/Hate with FB continues. Over the last several weeks, they have AGAIN, removed the ability for us to post from our business pages. The ChatBots only work on business pages. I reached out to my FB contact and they said it should come back.. no timing though.

From your fb page , open marketplace, your listings (or new listing), at top you will see your name, that is personal page, you should have dropdown to select your fb business page. Post from business page same as ManyChat . If you do not have dropdown, fb is doing slow rollout … if you spend $$ in ad manager they prioritize you

Facebook property section is absolutely rubbish. The map is useless, it frequently doesn't use keywords or show properties when I keyword search. I've found posting in miscallenous is more effective because at least it picks up the keywords Its also bullshit for posting condos with shared pool etc because if you use the same pool of fitness images it flags the post as a duplicate. Facebook is the clunkiest platform out there, its like its 1997 when using it!
