How to Bake Patriotic Cookies Like a Pro 

I hear you about the diagnosis. If not for my celiac diagnosis, I don't know where I'd be today. Not doing well, that's for sure. I look at it as a blessing in disguise. I would absolutely LOVE to write a cookbook. I'm thinking small right now, possibly an ebook to start. I have to do more research on what it takes. Thank you so much!!

@@LetThemEatGlutenFreeCake An ebook would be wonderful. If you’re interested in traditional publishing, I believe you don’t need to have the book written, only the outlined idea of it with examples. I work in literary magazine publishing so I only have a narrow idea of what it takes to get a cookbook published. But being in the nonfiction category, agents and publishers typically just want to hear the pitch and you have to already have a significant audience to market the book to, which you have! I’m confident that you’d do well with traditional publishing and self-publishing, whichever you choose. It takes a team either way! If you have any other questions, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

Low sugar is not my specialty. It's gluten free and trying to recreate the things that those of us with celiac or gluten sensitivity used to be able to eat. This is not a diet/healthy channel.

I almost always use salted butter in my baking, unless otherwise indicated. I know it's not the norm.
