Hi , what do u tho k is the best supplement to help with hyperthyroidism and anxiety which leads to insomnia? Asking on behalf of My daughter in college and what mostly is bothering her is the lack of sleep. Btw, she tried Mg Threonate, l theanine and melatonin which wakes her up at the middle of the night. Can magnesium cause light coloured stools due to the fact that the mineral is white? I'm taking the glycinate form and am getting light coloured stools and constipation (not diarrhea). Is this normal? 😕
