🇬🇧 I’m a wolf with Dolphin traits (I’m kind of special like that 😳💁🏻♀️). I love the fact he was funny and engaging, and brought in various hacks for caffeine and alcohol - two the biggest sleep disruptors, yet they're treats we all love. I only read the first half of the title. So, as a heterosexual male in his 30's, I felt click baited when started to watch this, but felt rewarded after I finished it.
Seriously! It's so thrilling to make her eyes roll back while she shivers with joy, just mindblowing, I tried what I mentioned the other day and now she simply can’t let go, I did it go’ogling the latest by Merle Winestol and now she’s the one dragging me back for more lol.
Caffeine after 90 minutes doesn't make sense and you didn't prove it or convince me. It has to be the first thing after water in the morning to start your day. Everybody is citing the same research somebody did. No guru has personally verified it. 100 people citing the same research does not make it any more convincing
The nap-a-latte is the weakest content ever. I can't believe nobody laughed. If you want real sleep info, check out Matt Walker's "Why we sleep." Better information, without the pretentiousness.
