from my perspective, that study of heart-to-heart talk is intact of 5 ft distance because I feel sometimes when I talk to some other person who's on call far kms away, that also comes out to be a heart-to-heart talk. conclusively I will say it also depends on communication level of both people.

" Confidence is all about the way carry interms of physically , dressing and grooming and how healthy you are and having passionate towards activities in life and seting goals. A lot of people have misconception when it comes to introvert and extrovert. But the game is not with that. It's all about yours mental health and physical health. Now we can see so many people that they seems like introvert can't speak so much but they'll smash the game. At the same time is some aspects if we observed that extrovert can't do that because I've seen multiple times in various places. "Which means it's not about introvert and extrovert. It's all about the way they carry themselves, mentally and physically. And not only that the way they articulate about eachother that they can sure that you know that they'll do it, why because they'll will love themselves &give preference to themselves first. Because how I got to know all this things because I'm studying and exploring all this things from past 5, 6 years. So now eventually i understand that what is matters exactly and what not matters.
