I needed this. I've been with my wife for going on 4 years, and we've literally grown up together and I feel as if I'm losing my self. I've been struggling with my own identity lately and we worked together, and lived together, now I have a new job and I'm slowly getting my own identity back. I'm glad we didn't have to divorce to find that. But this is exactly the advice I needed right now, when you've gone through so much with someone and you've been together so long people see you as a unit, it's extremely hard to differentiate the two of you from who you are singularly as a person. Thank you for making this, I know it must have been awkward and difficult but it's much appreciated ❤

I remember when Shannon did her first video without you, she was trying to figure out how everything was supposed to go without you and thats probably the same for you. Thats like a big sign that you guys definitely were together all the time and did everything together. Not saying that yall were lost without each other, but in a sense, yeah you could say that. Idk if that makes sense, but thats how I saw it. Im glad you guys are friends, especially since you both share a lot of friends. This is one of the few times I actually saw ex's still stay in contact and are civil and friendly with each other. I remember Charles Trippy and Alli Speed got a divorce and he said they would still stay friends and that we would see her still in the videos, but obviously they went their separate ways. Some people just don't work that way. But its refreshing to see that people can go from relationships with each other and still stay friends.
