I once felt very alone and lonely not having a boyfriend and not wanting one at 19 years young. Until I realized FIRST follow your dreams and what's important to YOU, figure out who you are and don't pressure yourself. There's no set age for having a boyfriend. And also, everyones time will come one day.❤

Hello Anna ❤ thank you so much for sharing. I „know“ you from your other channel and I love that you are sharing yourself / life so honestly. I thought you were completely different and it’s so more realistic with you also sharing your themes you have to deal with and are trying to change. I also have been single for a long time before my relationship now. And since three months we are also living together and are together now for 3 years. Before him I needed to have more time for myself and also thought the same way like you describe it. But with him we can still be together doing the things we love for ourselves and still be in the same room. We give us our space and actually I enjoy being with him as much as being with myself because he is the right person for me. I believe the universe gives you the right person in the right time and I wish you the best in general ❤
2:17 Oh God, that is like hearing myself talking. I love being alone with my thoughts and having the freedom to plan my day, any day without anyone annoying me or disrupting it. Just don't allow the pressure to blur your judgement in determining who that person will be. Yes, there is always a bail out button, but it's best for ones future emotional and mental well being that button is pressed the least times possible.

I go on solo dates when my friends are busy but it's super super nice, at first it made me sad, but now I adore it, I ve learned to GENUINLY enjoy my own company

I work from home and I dress like I am going to the office as it makes me feel more productive. Places me in the right working state of mind. The videos you make, even when you feel is weird you are talking to a camera... it is SO healthy. Keep doing this.

I like that you life seems to be very calm and almost meditative, there is no hustle. It reminds me of the film 'Perfect days' (2023), totally recommend it. We don't need to hustle and run to be productive and enjoy our lives, in most cases, it's vice versa.

That was a super nice way to wake up and get out of my bed feeling like it didnt matter what i did today as long as i do what feels right. Its cold and i can hear the trees blowing around outside so im going to do some pilates then a long hour of yoga and then cook some food and take dogs for a walk. I too used to go on solo dates to nice restaurants it made me feel empowered somehow. Now i have a boyfriend and i just cook all the time! But you have made me remember the old me and im going to bring her back out of hibernation ❤🎉love you Anna thank you for being you xxxxxxx

You said in your video that it's not healthy to stay at home so much on your own. I have to say you shouldn't feel bad about it. I love being at home doing my own thing too and focusing on myself, my wellbeing, being creative etc.i developed great discipline and I'm away from world cheos and noises and it feels great! There shouldn't be a rule for it. If it makes you feel good then do what makes you feel goid. You seem like you know what you're doing 😊👍💪. P. S having a low maintance pet it's really fun too. I have a Chihuahua.

For makeup I apply a slight tint of non toxic lip balm in pink and kajal on the eyes. Doing this and also eating home cooked meals has helped me.

I have been watching those videos and have helped me a lot and I am now doing workout for first time. I am 25, and have been recovering from a heart break, I want to know if having downs is normal? how can I keep positive for longer and motivate myself? I wish to have advices cause I am having a difficult time with forgiving myself and worry a lot for the person who left.
