My daily habit is to learn something new everyday. So I do some french exercise or some online course. And I try to meditate at least five minutes a day just after my morning workout.😊
I’m actually a big fan of the concept ‘habit stacking’. As human beings we have a hard time creating more than one habit at a time. But when you do, let’s say, the same 3 things in the same order everyday. Like yoga, an at home workout then a run, for instance. It tricks your brain into thinking you are just implementing only one new habit instead of three separate habits.
For everyone who needs to drink more: I actually just started drinking about a half liter tea per day because of the cold weather. It's low calorie and without sugar while having a lot of different spices. And then in the afternoon I use an Air Up bottle, which is really amazing in my opinion. 😁

Thank you Anna for this inspiring and relaxing video!❤️ One of the things that I personally love to do other than things you’ve said is eating nutritious foods that actually makes me happy and gives me the energy I need. Also I don’t restrict myself and I enjoy things that I love and honestly it really changed my life and the way that I see food❤ And you’re amazing, keep it up ❤️

You are so motivating 😍 Just one thing about the staying hydrated part: it’s actually not healthy for your teeth to constantly sip on water (or anything else) because your salvia contains important minerals for your teeth that protect them. If you constantly sip on something your salvia is too thinned out and its more probable that you get cavities or tooth decay (speaking from experience unfortunately 🫣) So stay hydrated but just drink more water in one go and then take a break with drinking and eating so your oral flora gets a break 🙏🏻

I read about “habit stacking” in the book you mentioned and it helps me a lot. It's about combining habits you already have with ones you struggle to maintain, so if you want to read more you can combine it with reading a book during lunch for example, this way you’re doing something that’s already routine with the new habit you’re trying to incorporate.

So the whole eating the rainbow thing is really intriguing to me but I’m vegan and live with my parents as I’m still in school so my mom cooks and for breakfast and dinner I just don’t have the energy to make anything or don’t have time before school so I usually just go for Toast with my vegan Nutella. Any ideas how to get started?
You could prepare overnight oats the niggt before, also lunch could be made the night before. Or instead of Nutella you could do avocado with tomato or hummus with slices of beetroot or cucumber
Anna don’t you have to pee during the night with all the water you drink? I drink 2L+ and I have to get up to pee every single night (and I get a regular period)
