I was teaching 15th old students with Autism about 10 years ago. Found out about Heart Math and applied what Anna is talking about in being focused in the heart. I was able to see things and solve problems like never before. One student’s change in home behavior was “miraculous” I’d say.

Quick meditation to find release from the mental and emotional : At least 5 minutes a day or whenever you feel like it, relax and focus on nothing while allowing all thoughts and emotions to come and go as they will. In a few weeks, depending on your baggage, you'll be able to sit with no thoughts. It's very liberating.

Heart Activation is what creates the bliss of Oneness, which comes from the mind being still.

Sometimes awareness is the mind, and sometimes not. This is like when I say I am not the body. But the body is, made of me, it is made of consciousness but it is not conscious itself as an entity. Neither is the mind an entity, nor the ego, which is a thought attachment created by the finite mind. You are @ localization of infinite consciousness. You do not “kill” ego, true, but consciousness recognizing itself means that the ego is not identified with any longer. This is the goal of almost all true spirituality. Then one’s identity is the One. The One we all share, and believe for most of our lives that we are a separate self. Amazing Grace is happening in awareness! Keep up the great work.
