This may not work for everyone but personal experience has taught me to first get out of the comfort zone of being scared to take initiative and scared to step on someone's shoes. You may be a jerk at first, unintentionally. But like everything else, you mess up starting out and adjust your own way as you go.

i only go off on people if I state my expectations and they repeatedly dont hold their end of things but have the same excuse or lack thereof. typicly i just part ways bur when im done with the person or situation i tend to be abrasive walking away. i have worked on it over the years it help blowing off steam when people disrespect me but thwy always try to haunt me with it

In middle school up to college twas guilty of this passive-aggressiveness....now, I learned to say no & walk-away.....thats done more for me re: pushy/rude ppl vs being argumentative.....also, little humor helps too....

Hi Bedros. I got a Question after seen this video. Last year I exploded and i done a video sending people i loved to hell but I wasn't well. I nearly end up in hospital. I started to run 2 km everyday. I stop smoking completly and today its 262 days off cannabis and all the rest. I dont want to see this people i used to love but i feel really bad for how i end things with them. Now i got a girlfriend and we happy. Would you do something to apologise to toxic people or if you where in my aituation youll move on and forget about it. Great video by the way. I wateched all your episodes.
