I find David's descriptions in ideas vast and wide....in that he touches on so many points of understanding in phrases, descriptions and ideas, that you learn a new few pieces every time you listen to what he is saying. Connecting to Shen at times seems superfluous. Knowing the way to listen to Shen, is seeing committed ideas for what they are to the essentiality of one's purpose and desire to know it. Thankyou David. Your videos are such a gift.

Thank you David and Alex for this amazing channel I have recently come across your videos and I am starting to believe that my inner child has taken over my life since i can remember. One thing I wanted to ask was that as I want to accept my reality and start the inner work my inner child now shames me for taking me so long to realize that I am the cause of my reality and feelings, how can I practice self forgiveness prior and with starting the inner work? And also how can you help with the belief that you have missed out on life because of this?

Maybe we started satisfying others needs as children just to survive ! If a child grow in an abusive family often he has to please parents to receive care and feeling belong to the family.
