I enjoyed hearing you both talk about Psalm 46:10. Two definitions of the word "still" in the Merriam Dictionary are quiet and calm. A definition of the word "know" is to recognize the nature of. We can apply those three definitions to Psalm 46:10. In prayer, "be still" waiting quietly before God. "Know" or recognize that God is all powerful, exalted among nations, and exalted in the earth. He can and will "calm" the storms in our lives.
