Sam Altman asked Elon Musk what he did when he was younger to set himself up for where he is now. This is a clip from a longer interview, which you can watch here: • Elon Musk : How to Bui...
NASA as well boils just with water. Not sure if this saying can be translated into English. We say this if something is a bit overrated. I guess the English pendant is "they also put on their trousers one leg at a time"
I'd say that anyone can learn rocket physics or whatever else, the only difference is that a genius would learn faster, just put the hours into something and you will learn it
@@eneskoksal6933 hes right tho, unless some sort of physical defect is at play with a person, a brain is a brain, they are all just as capable as the next.
"You can get a doctrine or many things that ultimately do not have a practical bearing in the world" & "Just really trying to be useful." These lines hit me hard.
We need to put all our effort into extending our live or living forever the we need a Mass effect drive for space travel and then we can worry about everything else.
I feel like people compare themselves way too harshly to the next guy in the pack. It's ok to want to achieve what Elon Musk has achieved but being your most authentic and true self is when you can discover parts of yourself that you never knew before. Do what you WANT, not what the world and society tell you to do. At the end of the day, when you're old and retired, you can just be grateful that you actually lived and had fun while doing it.
He has a clear vision of what he was going to do even when he was young and he actually studied the theories in college of what will be his product in the future. Ultimately, I think he got all of his inspirations to the great thinker Nikola Tesla for developing useful products that has been conceptualized long time ago and goes along with his keen sense of business acumen. That was what you call getting ahead of the future. Let's do it!!!
Elon isn't really just telling you how to be the next him, he's just sharing his experiences and hope you can figure out what these messages mean the you
Elon is mart, no doubt. He had planned to do the things he now does, back in 1995, but the Internet was just getting started, so he put those things on hold and focused on building an Internet company. He waited approximately 15 years to do the things he now does. Genius. Lesson learned: You have to be at the right place at the right place to get better opportunity at getting traction.
how is selling expensive cars to riches to make more money to then waste on trying to get to Mars useful to any kid that is still starving or laboring or begging in 2020?
@@theplacebeyondthelies2429 cause earth will inevitably crumble and make human life extinct dumbass, hes trying to make life multiplanetary so that we could live for millions more
i am 14 years old and 0 months and last 3 months i read 5 books is that good ? i feel it's very little , cause i heard when elon was a kid he read 2 books a day
He should download all his accomplishments into Neuralink and make Optimus the guy who made the roadster and ask high voltage lines for permission through their amazing business plan…
Its quiet funny, hes definitly not the best speaker, but of course an incredible intelligente and creative person. And to me it seems like a lot of great people who arent the best speakers arent recognized in society unless they are polular like he is...makes me sad
I don’t have your specific talents and know absolutely nothing about coding and technology DNA structures, but I’ve accomplished something that no one else has. I’ve awakened the robotics to the serious problems we face and propose a way to solve it. I never gave up in the face of the multiple adversities and am a rogue. This is to assist humanity, sometimes you have to endure onward and never surrender. Even if you go against society itself. Please read my words Elon because I’m one of the most advanced humans in the world, a mastermind rogue futurist.
Everyone saying the next Elon Musk doesn't need to be told how to be the next Elon Musk. Ur kida right but if anyone can inspire him its gonna have to be Elon Musk
You have to do something no one else has done. You don't become a Musk / Gates / Jobbs by just following a beaten path. You have to come up with something totally original. It doesn't matter what it is. As long as people want/need it, you could create or provide something useful and beneficial. All you have to do is convince some investors that you could profit from their investments 2 fold, 10 fold, whatever. And boom. You have now started a business. Or just create one groundbreaking invention, like an EM drive, and sell it for a billion dollars. That's what I would do. I don't want to spend my life in board meetings. "Here's your fuckin free energy, thanks for the cheese" and spend my life on a fuckin mountain somewhere.
That's not correct. It is a matter of will power. Not everyone has the will power to do things more than just earning money or living a lavish life. He had the will power to make humans a multi-planetary species from a very young age.
@@27prajjwalprasad43 will power it is. But he is also a natural-born genius. You can't train to be a genius. Who the hell can memorize the science encyclopedia and execute extensive calculations when he still a kid.
Why would someone want to be the next someone? I find that. Kinda dumb. There is a difference between being inspired by and wanted to be the next whatever. Be the person that people want to be not the one that wanted to be someone 🤷♂️. Or just chill bro. Enjoy whatever you can.
So the message trying to be useful,I guess to harness different skills so the organization, society and nation never finds u useless. Not talking about family they always find the most worthless sons also useful and never stop loving and scolding.
The next Elon musk is not watching this... He/she is probably sitting in some corner of the world trying to solve problems on Astro physics or to self learn Rocket science Just saying 😐
