Virtues of thought as opposed to virtues of character. Did not know that. Did Aristotle give a relationship between them? Where they coincide and where they differ? Can a virtue of thought negate a virtue of character - habit? Not very practical advice for the inexperienced. Never delved into different virtues of character. Is work a virtue? Even if it's destructive? Is loyalty a virtue even if it's destructive. Courage is a virtue of character, not thought? I think for any young person wanting to know what to do there is only one virtue: humility. Stick with that. After you've gained some experience of the world you're in or want to belong to use your virtue of thought to guide the allegiance of your habits.
