Visualization can be very powerful. It all depends on how immersed you are, in it. There are very many documented cases. One such, is a person getting rid of a large brain tumor, just by playing a game visualizing blasting a rock (supposed tumor) with a laser gun, every day for half hour. After a few months, the tumor just disappeared.❤👍

Dreamed dipping in the Ganges at the base of the Himalayas. Turned water above my head 11 times anticlockwise. Said Maha Papam Samarpanam (as my ishta-devtar is Jehovah/Allah), and still experienced benefits! Poured the water down the drain, felt much bettef afterwards. Everything around me was glowing as well

Pranaam Guruji! Sharing my experience after few days of practicing this. Literally dreaming Shiva on a snowy mountain, feeling cold and shivers, seeing myself dip in the cold water, literally feeling my body generating heat from dipping in the cold water after chanting the mantra. I feel lighter and more relaxed than I do after Pitru Shanti. I am able to store more energy as I can stand outside in cold wind and not feel the cold.
Just did the technique, I can't believe how it feels! I can literally feel an energy around over my head which is making me feel light and relieved in some sense. Bowing down to Shiva makes me feel forgiven and with a clean slate to start fresh. Thank you Guruji
